THIS THUNDERBIRD  IS EQUIPPED WITH A "390" V-8, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION AND APPEARS TO BE THE ORIGINAL ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION. THE ENGINE DOES RUN  BUT DOES NEED SOME REPAIR TO THE FUEL SYSTEM DUE TO BEING IN STORAGE A LONG TIME AND STALE GAS. THE INTERIOR IS IN EXCELLENT USED CONDITION AS IS THE TOP CANVAS BUT DOES HAVE A "YELLOWED" BACK WINDOW.  IT IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH POWER WINDOWS,POWER STEERING, AND A SWING-AWAY STEERING COLUMN. IT HAS BEEN REPAINTED AND HAS AN EXCELLENT STRAIGHT BODY WITH NO EVIDENCE OF RUST SHOWING EXTERNALLY OR UNDERNEATH. Here's the new face of the Ford Ranger

Ford Asia Pacific has put a teaser video on YouTube showing off details on the 2015 Ranger pickup, and at the end we get a quick glimpse of the whole truck. This is the T6 Ranger that we still don't get in North America, but that shares its underpinnings with the Everest SUV recently introduced at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum. The Ranger gets a chunkier front end than the Everest, identified by its grille with three floating slats, reminiscent of designs on the previous F-150, and a less-stylized lower front bumper. Ford says it will be smarter, safer, smoother and stronger, but we'll have to wait for its reveal to find out what that means. Meanwhile, you can admire its new looks in the video below.

Sunday Drive: Still thankful for supercars

The Thanksgiving holiday meant that last week was pretty short on stories, but apparently our readers are still thankful for supercars. The biggest news of the week was the new Aston Martin Vantage, which is clothed in a new look that Autoblog readers are still very much unsure of. It's a radical departure from past Aston Martin models, and while everyone seems to agree that the profile is lovely, the squinty headlamps are a particular source of contention. Its 503 horsepower and 512 pound-feet of torque cannot be argued with ... oh, and a V12 may be coming soon. Moving along is a nearly new 2006 Ford GT for sale that's expected to fetch around $300,000 at auction. It's so unused that it still has plastic wrap covering the leather interior. The Ango-American theme continues with the McLaren 720S, though not in road-going form. Still, renderings of the upcoming 720S GT3 racer round out this supercar-rich recap.
