This car has been a project for 12 years and now I would like to sell it. There is a lot of time and money in this car and when finished it will be a fun street or can be a full drag car. The engine is a 1994 302 bored and stroked to 348 cu. in., it has all race parts throughout with Edlebrock aluminum heads, coated pistons, race bearings, Moroso oil pan, Edelbrock Jr. intake, SS jet hot coated headers, aluminum radiator, Dedenbear electric water pump, 21 gal fuel cell, spiral cell battery, BBK race front end with manual rack and pinion steering, Aerospace front brakes and hubs, Chrommoly frame and roll cage, 9" Ford rear with reinforced beam and an aluminum spool. Kirkey drag seats, hi torque starter, custom fiberglass hood with 4" cowl induction scoop, Dakota digital dash, Custom drag wheel, new tinted windshield.. All parts are new and has not been finished enough to start it. It would take a few weeks with someone that know what they are doing to finish it. Parts included with it are, most of the lights and bezels, new mirrors, new door handles, new electric window kits, SS Jethot coated headers, there is quite a bit of the bed and door trim,.It has a custom built 1/16th" firewall and floor and tunnel. It needs bumpers, driveshaft, pushrods and time.There is 60K invested in parts and labor.

Mon, 03 Nov 2014Ford looks to have something really big planned for the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show. The Blue Oval has released the first of five teaser videos on the brand's performance heritage, and aside from some great images of racers over the years, the video includes a series of teaser images, the last of which points to November 17, 2014.
That's the day before press days open in LA, and considering the propensity of global automakers to plan lavish debuts the night before a major international auto show, it's a virtual certainty that Ford will be showing off some sort of special vehicle.
That'd be news in and of itself, but based on the images shown in Ford's teaser video - which include an Alcantara steering wheel, a "Powered by Ford" valve cover, aluminum pedals, sticky tires, a big, round exhaust tip, a honeycomb grille and a serious set of wheels - it seems very likely that Ford will be showing something performance oriented.

The stiff punishments are part of broader transportation legislation, but clearly McCaskill has automakers in her sights.
Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill threw down the gauntlet this week, proposing a bill that could send auto executives to prison for life if they were found to have delayed a recall. She also wants to eliminate the limit for fines for auto safety violations, which are currently capped at $35 million.
Next Ford F-150 delayed for aluminum body panel issues?
Wed, 11 Dec 2013The timetable for next-generation Ford F-150 may be in trouble if a report from The Truth About Cars is true. The next F-150 is slated to make extensive use of weight-saving aluminum in its body, but the aluminum alloy provided by suppliers hasn't met Ford's requirements in the earliest phases of pre-production, according to the report.
The F-150 represents a huge portion of Ford's profits and is the best-selling truck in the US, even in the face of increased pressure from cross-town rivals General Motors and Ram. While the current truck is treading water against its competition, we'd be lying if we said the F-150 weren't growing quite long in the tooth.
If production of the next-generation of the Ford cash cow, said to be based on the Atlas Concept from the 2013 Detroit Auto Show (pictured above), is delayed, it could be bad for Ford. Production at Ford's Dearborn Truck Plant is already set to be delayed six to ten weeks, missing an internal on-sale deadline of Memorial Day.
