I own the car since last fall and I didnt get to enjoy it as much as I would love to . I'm selling my Mustang with no reserve meaning whoever wins the auction owns the car . V8 with 4 barrel carburator .Everything on in the engine compartment is new and it comes with the warranty .Engine 100k warranty (7years )  labor 1 year. The transmission is original 4 speed manual (rebuild 5k miles warranty ) also I had the clutch changed for High performance  - brand new. Underneath the car -no rust - High performance suspension on the front and the back . (pictures)

Exterior - paint is in great conditon ,considering it is a black color  it's very hard to maintain I did my best not to make any scratches or marks It was professionally painted not that while ago .2-3 years ago .I can see few scratches but nothing major . you can see them 12 inches away . I'm sure after waxing it can be removed .

The exterior glass is all like new no cracks of any kid -All the window door rubber are new .Exterior  chrome on the car is all new too.  New rims and tires 170 miles since restoration so those look like new

Interior -  the seats back and front are in amazing condition no rips or tears . carpet looks good . I never cleaned it ,I was always pretty careful not to  make a mess . Headliner is like new white color as it just came from the factory (matching original color combination )  All the gauges work .The console has a little chrome discoloration but nothing to worry about . it does look good  .The radio works but I cant find the station ( all 4 speakers work )  All the light ,blinkers ,fog lights and interior light  work .

The vin is located on the fender (under the hood ) and on the door (the plate is there )

Ford Fiesta banned from SCCA autocrossing because of rollover risk

Wed, Jan 14 2015

Autocross can be a great way to break into motorsports, especially at SCCA events that allow run-of-the-mill, street-legal vehicles to be run through the cones in parking lots across the country. But while a wide array of vehicles are eligible, not every one is. And now the Ford Fiesta has been removed from the list of qualifying vehicles in the Sports Car Club of America's Street category for solo events. The removal of the Fiesta was publicized in the latest issue of the SCCA's Fastrack News bulletin, which stated that, due to roll-over risk, Fiestas "do not meet the requirements and are to be removed" from the HS category of eligible vehicles. H Stock (or HS for short) is the lowest category of vehicles certified by the SCCA for use in sanctioned events. The disqualification applies to Fiestas from the 2011 model year onwards, and does not apply to the Fiesta ST, which remains eligible. Of course the Fiesta isn't the only model deemed ineligible for SCCA autocross events. According to Jalopnik, other small hatchbacks and crossovers including the Dodge Caliber, Fiat 500, Scion xB and iQ, Nissan Juke and Mini Countryman are also prohibited from competition. We've reached out to both Ford and the SCCA for clarification on the issue, and will issue an update if and when we receive any substantial information.

Ford ditching Microsoft in favor of BlackBerry QNX for next-gen Sync?

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

Ask the average consumer - at least, those who follow the goings-on in the automotive industry - which carmaker they'd most closely associate Microsoft, and the answer you'd most likely get would be Ford. The Blue Oval automaker, after all, was at the forefront of bringing Microsoft technology into cars with its pioneering Sync system, and, though reality didn't turn out as such, Ford's CEO was recently touted as a potential future head of the Redmond-based software giant. But that relationship, according to the latest reports, could be coming to an end.
Alan Mullaly kiboshed the idea of leaving Dearborn for Redmond, but more importantly Ford is tipped to be ditching Microsoft in developing its next-generation Sync system. In its place, Ford is expected to partner with BlackBerry's QNX division.
Now, before you go balking "BlackBerry?! But they're finished!" consider that QNX is (or at least was) an independent entity that Research In Motion (as BlackBerry's Ontario-based parent company was then known) just happened to have bought back in 2010. QNX provides control systems to everything from nuclear power plants and UAVs to automakers like Audi, BMW and Porsche.
