I traded for this truck and I love it! gets tons of attention every where it goes, only selling because im 6-5 and its a little to tight of a fit for me. Chassis: 2x3 custom frame zd' in the back, speedway front end, hairpin 3 link rear setup, ford 9" rearend moser axles, shocks on all 4 corners with air ride springs in the rear, manual inflate and deflate bags, four wheel disc brakes non power Drivetrain: 327 3 deuce setup, unknown miles, runs great only center carb is hooked up turbo 400 tranny, lokar 23", shifter Brass walker radiator, one wire alternator Body: Solid raw steel body, solid raw steel bed, no paint, new saftey glass windshield, no side or back glass, custom cow hide and pleated fabric interior, web welded into interior roof, new gauges, Headlights and tail/brake lights work, has front and rear turn signals, optima redtop battery Overall its a fun rat rod cruiser I would consider trading for another old car/truck, convertible, hotrod, ratrod etc. I like old and kool rides. or make a cash offer, worse I can say is no thanks. please ask any questions and ill answer them the best I can. Ford, Volvo join Redwood in EV battery recycling push in California
Mon, Feb 21 2022Ford and Volvo will join battery recycling startup Redwood Materials in developing processes, starting in California, to collect end-of-life batteries from electric and hybrid vehicles and recover the materials for use in new batteries, the companies said Thursday. Redwood Materials, co-founded by former Tesla executive JB Straubel, formed an earlier partnership last fall with Ford to develop a “closed loop” or circular supply chain for electric vehicle (EV) batteries, from raw materials to recycling. On Thursday, Redwood Materials said it would work directly with dealers and dismantlers in California to identify and recover end-of-life battery packs. The materials in those packs will be recovered and recycled at Redwood Materials facilities in northern Nevada. U.S. automakers Ford and General Motors Co (GM) have said the battery recycling effort is crucial in efforts to develop a domestic supply chain to meet increasing EV demand. GM and battery partner LG Energy Solution last year announced a partnership with startup Li-Cycle to recycle battery scrap material from Ultium Cells, the GM-LG joint venture that is building battery plants in Ohio, Tennessee and Michigan. Redwood Materials has similar partnerships with battery makers Panasonic in Nevada and Envision AESC in Tennessee, as well as with Amazon. Ford has announced five separate recalls, affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
It's not been a great couple of weeks for Ford. On October 30, the company announced a 205,000-unit recall, and yesterday, it was revealed that the Ford brand's year-over-year sales were down over 5,000 units while the company itself was down 3,000 units over through October. Now, the company has announced five separate recalls affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
