This is a 1928 ford model a 2 door sedan with a clear Texas title. It is a hot rod/ rat rod.It is a very solid body with the right amount of rust holes to make it rat rod worthy but none of it is currently rust.It all has been blasted and coated to stop it right where it is.It has been chopped and channeled over the frame. The roof has been filled and smoothed. All floors are metal. The gas tank is in the back of the car it has a filler spout on the outside rear but has not been hooked to the tank yet but the tank is functional like it is.The frame has been lengthend about 12" in the front and raised in the back like 15" it has 4 bar suspension with coilovers on a 9" rearend. It has a small block chevy 350 4 bolt.I did not build the motor but know that it is very high performance and reliable it has 2 edlbrock 600's on a high rise intake msd box mounted inside the dash.I have had the valve covers off to take pics and the motor is ultra clean and revealed huge roller rockers. The person I got the car from said it was an old drag race car from his area. All lights work.has new optima battery and new starter. The tires are all firstone with lots of tread but one front one may need to be changed its getting down there but I still use it like that.It drives straight and true.It is crazzzy fast and loud!!! It has willwood brake and clutch pedal assembly with 4 wheel disk breaks.  It is a 4 speed muncie trans that  I think the clutch will need to be changed because it doesnt pull as hard as it has in the past but I still drive it.The paint job it fresh and have had it proffesionaly striped.Contact me with questions Ronnie 337-339-1948 thanks.  have a few videos if someone can tell me how to post them i will or i will send them by text or email.

Ken Block's Gymkhana 8 to feature Dubai Police cars?

Tue, Feb 23 2016

Yesterday we showed you the shiny Ford Fiesta that Ken Block will slide, spin, and hoon through the next Gymkhana video. In case the image above isn't clear, that video will drop at midnight EST on February 30th on the Ford Performance YouTube channel. We don't know all the entire premise of the video yet, but this Tweet from the man himself reveals that the video will be set in Dubai. Block is standing on the Fiesta we saw yesterday, and arrayed behind him are a handful of those famous Dubai Police cars you're probably familiar with. The force has a fleet of sportscars and supercars, and the purpose is outreach and goodwill among its citizenry, not necessarily the pursuit of criminals. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. From left to right, we can see a Maserati GranTurismo, Porsche 911, what looks to be a Nissan GT-R obscured by Block's Fiesta, a McLaren (likely a 650S), Ford Mustang, and a Ferrari 599 of some ilk. Will they take part? Maybe Block will try and run from what might be the most horsepower-intensive police fleet in the world. We'll have answers (and a few minutes of pure Block hooniganism) in a few days. Related Video:

Ford Explorer is America's new favorite police car

Mon, 24 Mar 2014

There is a new vehicle that you should keep an eye out for when you're going a little too fast down the Interstate. Ford's Explorer-based Police Interceptor Utility was the bestselling new law enforcement model in the country last year, and signs show that won't be changing anytime soon.
Ford sold 14,086 Interceptor Utilities in 2013, up 140% from the year before, and 10,897 Interceptor Sedans, up 31%, according to USA Today. Overall, the brand's police sales were up 48 percent, and they were enough to boost the company's law enforcement vehicle market share by 9 points to nearly 50 percent.
The success comes just a few years after it made the decision to finally retire the long-serving Crown Victoria-based cruiser for two more modern vehicles. "We had to reinvent the category," said Chris Terry of Ford Communications to Autoblog. The automaker had to convince police departments that a unibody chassis without a V8 could perform better than a model that had been a law enforcement staple for years.
