Up for bid is a nice "custom" focus. I purchased this from an Insurance Auto Auction. It had center front damage. I replaced front bumper, cooling, hood and driver wheel airbag using all FORD OEM Parts. I had it front-end aligned professionally. Fenders are original so that tells you that it wasn't hit hard at all. All state inspections have been done and is now carrying a rebuilt Title. This is truly one of a kind focus. Loaded Titanium Options are: - Heated Seats - Climate Control - Navigation - Backup Sensors - Rain Sensing Wipers - Two-Tone Leather Interior This car was professionally done by "No Coast Customs" in Kansas. The things they did to the focus was: - Tires and Wheels - Cold Air Intake - Different rear lower valance and exhaust outlet - Different rear spoiler - Body stripes - Lower rocker moldings - Could be more that I'm not aware of Someone took good care of this car. With the manual transmission gets great gas mileage and has a sporty sound with the exhaust. VERY FUN CAR TO DRIVE! If you want this car shipped, I have a Broker that I use that is very reasonable. Toyota, Ford decide to end hybrid collaboration before it starts

Not all so-called Memorandum of Understanding pacts end in actual collaborations. For instance, after a two-year "feasibility study," Toyota and Ford have just announced that they will not be developing hybrid systems for use in light trucks and SUVs as previously planned, and the two automakers will instead continue to develop their own hybrid technology independently.
The would-be collaboration was first announced in August of 2011, and would have seen a rear-wheel-drive hybrid platform that would "improve the efficiency of trucks and SUVs while still allowing them to be driven in the way customers expect," according to our initial post on the topic.
Keep in mind that this announcement isn't to say we shouldn't expect hybrid pickups and SUVs from the two automakers, but that they probably aren't coming very soon - Ford says it will have a system "before the end of this decade" and we haven't heard much from Toyota on the hybrid truck front since the 2008 A-BAT Concept (pictured above) - and that they will not share any components between them (and they never have, for what it's worth).

2017 North American Car, Truck, and Utility Vehicle of the Year finalists revealed

The finalists for the 2017 North American Car, Truck, and Utility Vehicle of the Year were announced Tuesday at AutoMobility LA ahead of the 2016 LA Auto Show. Approximately 60 judges, including Autoblog's editor-in-chief Mike Austin, evaluated over 40 vehicles and named three models as the finalists in each category. The award for the Utility Vehicle of the Year is new for 2017 and separates SUVs, crossovers, and minivans from pickup trucks.
