1978 Ford F-250 4x4 Supercab Ranger. This is an original old truck, It can be used as a daily driver or can easily be restored. I found this truck sitting on a farm in Eastern Wa. and was going to restore, but then found an old suburban that would better suit the familys needs. It has a 400 V8, 4 speed manual, Dana 60 front axle and 70 rear. The truck runs and drives good. It has a new battery and rebuilt carb. Drives very straight. The A/C appears to be complete but does not work. The windshield is cracked, the rest of the glass is good. Also the auxiliary tank does not work but is complete as well. It has a 5th wheel hitch in the bed. It has very minimal rust for the year! I removed the floor mat so you can see. The drivers side floor pan has only surface rust so is good to go. The passenger side floor board does have a couple holes and should be patched. Their is also a spot behind the rear quarter lower panel that needs patched as you can see in the pics. It has small dings and such in the body. The tailgate has been replaced at one point but isnt a perfect one. Has some dings and dents in the bed. A couple of the stake pockets need some love. This is a very good original rare truck but needs restored to be really nice, or drive it as is. Winning bidder must place a $500 non refundable paypal deposit within 12 hrs of auction close. The remainder must be payed in 7 days from close of auction.Truck must be picked up within 14 days unless arranged otherwise. Old vs. new debate gets new life with $25,000 Fiesta ST vs. E46 M3 showdown

You know who you are. There's probably a few of you reading; the ones that say, "Why would I spend $27,000 on a new Mazda MX-5 when I could get a used Chevrolet Corvette with more power." Yes, we're talking to you, used car proponents. While it is a fair argument, it's not like used cars don't come with drawbacks of their own, though.
In an attempt to put this new-versus-used argument to bed once and for all, Matt Farah of the The Smoking Tire has picked up a pair of $25,000 cars - a used, but lightly modified, 2003 BMW M3 and a 2013 Ford Fiesta ST. Naturally, there's a comparison.
Farah, as he's wont to do, does get into the nitty gritty of what each car is like to drive, and discusses the merits of used and new-car shopping. But as he rightly points out while testing the M3, "So, it is a good car. But like any used car, it really does depend on the individual car."

Formula Drift kicks off 11th season on Streets of Long Beach

The 2014 Formula Drift series kicked off last weekend in Long Beach, and saw Chris Forsberg, who you'll recall went mad and drifted around a warehouse in an Infiniti M, take the title behind the wheel of his Hankook Tire Nissan 370Z (shown above).
Forsberg really ran away with the first round of competition, outscoring his closest opponent, second-place finisher Kenneth Moen and his Bridges Racing Nissan 240SX, by 20 points. Third place was 2013 championship winner Michael Essa and his Yokohama BMW M3, 30.5 points behind Forsberg.
In the manufacturers' title, Nissan took an early lead with 122 points, which isn't a huge surprise considering five of the top ten drifters were piloting either a Z or a product of the brand's S platform. Ford, which had two drivers (Justin Pawlak and Vaughn Gittin, Jr.) in the top ten, took home second place, while BMW is currently third in the manufacturers' standings.
