2005 - Ford F-250 on 2040-cars
Saint Paul, Kansas, United States
This truck was originally a 6.0 diesel that went south so I did a 24v cummins conversion. Cummins engine had 94,837 miles when purchased and I have put 10,769 miles on it since installation with no issues. Truck has 245,269 miles total. Truck has electric 4x4 and also has Warn lock-in hubs that all work perfectly. The conversion kit was purchased through Diesel Conversion Specialists. The truck still maintains the stock transmission but has been tuned. If you would like to change the tuning to your needs you can with the included SCT transmission tuner. You will have transmission tuning options for the life of the truck. The cummins has not been chipped or altered from stock. Truck does not currently have cruise control but can be wired in with little difficulty. Truck does have B&W hitch and receiver hitch. Tires are a year old with a great tread. Interior is 8/10 with tear in driver side seat and small tear in passenger seat. You can see these in the pictures.

Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang is a track-day weapon with 500 hp
Mon, 17 Nov 2014
Ford promises more than 500 horsepower and a torque peak above 400 lb-ft.
The wait is finally over. After months of spy shots, rumor and innuendo, Ford has officially pulled the wraps off its new Shelby GT350. Judging by the spec sheet and the promises being made - especially that the Shelby GT350 will be "an all-day track car that's also street legal" - the wait appears to have been worth it.
2015 Ford Mustang specs revealed, GT to pack 435 HP
Thu, 17 Jul 2014The 2015 Ford Mustang sounds great so far - at least on paper. Ford has just announced specs for the latest version of the iconic pony car in Dearborn, telling Autoblog that it will pump out as much as 435 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque from its 5.0-liter V8.
Those gaudy figures power the naturally aspirated GT model, and they easily eclipse the "more than" 420 hp and 390 lb-ft that Ford originally estimated.
The 2.3-liter turbocharged EcoBoost four-cylinder makes 310 hp and 320 lb-ft, and it's the first turbo Mustang since the 1986 SVO.
Jay Leno is far beyond driven in his 1971 Pantera
Mon, 23 Jun 2014Perhaps it's fitting that the band Pantera is known for its heavy metal music, because the DeTomaso Pantera is the automotive equivalent of a metal album. It's short, aggressive and makes a mean sound. It doesn't mess around either, with a Ford 351-cubic-inch (5.75-liter) V8 sending mountains of torque to the rear wheels. This week, Jay Leno takes us on a detailed tour of his '71 to show why it rocks.
There's a regular format to Jay Leno's Garage. It starts with Jay and maybe a guest taking a look at the car and talking about its history, and then they take it out on the open road. However, this video is practically a Pantera buyer's guide. Jay is adamant from the start that the last thing anyone should own is a stock example. To remedy this, he and his guest, the editor of the Pantera Club magazine, take viewers to school about some of the ways to turn them into even better performance machines.
No matter what you do to it, though, the Pantera requires that the driver adapt to it, not the other way around. For example, Jay isn't a big guy by most standards, but he has to cram himself into the cockpit with his shoes off and shirt partially unbuttoned just to go for a drive. Still, once out on the road, it all makes sense with that rumbling V8 and those Italian supercar looks. Scroll down to watch and learn a lot more about this uncompromising '70s performance car.
