I am pleased to offer up for auction a very good condition Ford F-250 4x4 truck. The Ford is powered by a very good running 4.9L 300ci 6 cylinder engine and is backed with a good shifting 5 speed manual transmission. The body is in very good condition with NO RUST and just a couple of minor dings here and there but nothing major. The F-250 has been repainted a darker shade of green from the original green and is in decent shape. The interior is in very good original condition. The seat, top of the dashboard, headliner, and rubber floor mat is in really good shape. All the gauges work including the fuel gauge { duel tanks } for both fuel tanks and fuel pump modules has just been replaced with brand new ones. Other brand new parts that has been installed on this F-250 includes a new muffler and tail pipe, u-joints, wheels, lugnuts, and tires. This truck has not been abused and has been very well maintained and on a truck like this, it definitely shows. The truck is very clean and leak free underneath { please see the pictures }. The F-250 also has a very heavy duty Ramsey 12000 winch on the front for those "hard to get to places". I am listing this for a friend of mine and he told me that this truck is a one owner and is the original miles showing on the odometer { 30,582 }. The truck has the original window sticker and paperwork when it was bought new that is included with the truck. I have looked the truck over from head to toe and I believe this to be true. This F-250 is a heavy duty 4x4 truck and is ready to do the job regardless of how rough the terrain is. Come on by and drive this truck home. Please look at the pictures and ask all questions and I'll get back to you. All items are sold as is, where is. Cash payment and pickup of vehicle is expected within 7 days of auction close. The buyer is responsible for pickup of vehicle or having the vehicle transported. Please look at my feedback and bid with confidence, good luck and happy bidding, thanks.

On Oct-07-13 at 13:34:48 PDT, seller added the following information:

Hi everyone, I just talked to my friend that I listed this truck for and he told me that there has been TWO owners of the truck. I am sorry for the confusion and if anybody wants to retract their bid feel free to do so because I in no way want to misrepresent anything here on Ebay, thanks and happy bidding.

Winnebago re-introduces classic Brave RV [w/video]

Fri, Jun 6 2014

Winnebago is saying 'Let's do the time warp again,' using its new Brave RV to do it – have a look at the first Winnebago RV from 1966 and you'll know exactly where this one comes from. The modern version of this swinging sixties motorhome is accurate from its size, either 26- or 27-foot version, to its trademark eyebrow above the front windshield. The foldaway bunk above the front seats that necessitated the eyebrow design has been updated, and is now a power bed that descends from the ceiling. It is among a set of standard features that also includes a 19-foot motorized awning, leveling jacks at all four corners, heated mirrors, LED ceiling lights, two available floorplans and detailing like a workstation for the front passenger, a sliding dash cluster and and a waterfall countertop in the kitchen with built-in extensions. The Brave sits on a Ford F53 chassis complete with its Triton V10 engine and five-speed automatic transmission. No word yet on any potential diesel alternatives. Naturally, that 1966 price of $4,000 will also come in for an update, but the company hasn't yet revealed it. The good folks from Winnebago will be happy to take you on a thorough personal tour of the Brave in the video below. This content is hosted by a third party. Mopar Hellephant is sold out, but here are 4 other awesome crate V8s to try

Mon, May 6 2019

Despite a relatively enormous $30,000 price tag, Mopar's 1,000-horsepower supercharged Hellephant crate engine sold out in just 48 hours. Some enthusiasts may have missed out on the crazy engine due to lack of funds, or they just assumed there would still be some Hellephants down the line. But worry not, swap-happy gearheads. There are plenty of V8s in the world to pick from, and we highlighted four favorites. They're not as powerful, but they're all cheaper, and still have a lot to offer. Mopar 6.2L Hellcrate Odds are a lot of prospective Hellephant buyers were Mopar fans to begin with, so we'll start the list with the next-most-potent offering: the Hellcrate. This is the same supercharged 6.2-liter V8 found under the hood of the Dodge Charger and Challenger Hellcats and the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. It makes 707 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque like those cars, too. It's also about $10,000 cheaper than the Hellephant engine at $20,020, and that leftover money can be used to finish the project or for aftermarket upgrades to get it closer to the Hellephant's output. GM LS9 6.2L The Hellcrate isn't the only factory supercharged crate engine on the market. From General Motors comes the supercharged 6.2-liter LS9 V8. This is the engine that was used in the C6 Corvette ZR1. At 638 horsepower and 604 pound-feet of torque, it doesn't make as much power or torque as the Hellcrate. But it does boast a dry sump oil system. So instead of pumping oil out of a pan at the bottom, the engine uses an oil tank mounted remotely that pumps oil into the engine. This means the engine is shorter overall, and can be mounted lower for a better center of gravity. It also means that there's almost no risk of running the engine dry in hard cornering, as could happen with a normal oil sump where the oil can slosh to the side without the oil pump. Basically, it offers some major benefits if you want supercharged V8 power for a road course car. It's also a tad cheaper than the Hellcrate at $18,149. But get one while you can, because GM is only selling what's left from when it was building the C6 ZR1. Ford Aluminator 5.2XS Our pick from the Blue Oval lacks a supercharger, but it's still pretty sweet.

First retail 2015 Ford Mustang headed to Barrett-Jackson

Fri, 20 Dec 2013

Want to be the very first person to own a 2015 Ford Mustang GT? Here's what you'll need to do: be in Scottsdale, AZ on January 18 for the Barrett-Jackson auction and bring a very big checkbook. Having a passion for charity isn't a bad idea either.
Yes, the first 2015 Mustang to be sold to the public will be crossing the block at Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale, with proceeds from the auction going to JDRF, the charity formerly known as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
"Ford Mustangs have always been among the most popular collector cars at Barrett-Jackson Collector Car events," said the president of Barrett-Jackson, Steve Davis. "While every collector wishes they had snapped up the first Mustang sold in 1964, this is an opportunity to realize that dream in a different way."
