Quite possibly the most famous F-150 ever !
Up for sale is a BRAND NEW 2008 Fooose F-150 truck that was the FIRST PRODUCTION UNIT of only 500 and was actually
owned by Chip Foose himself.
It is also equiped with a full NASCAR Pace Truck pack as Chip himself drove the truck at the 2007 Homestead/Miami
race. In addition, this truck appeared at SEMA and four other Autorama car shows throughout 2007 and 2008.
The truck includes:
5.4-liter Triton V-8, intercooled and supercharged by Roush.
Roush exhaust.
450 hp @ 5,200 rpm, 500 lbs.-ft of torque @ 4,000 rpm.
Suspension modifications - Front tuning: Eibach coil springs, Sachs dampers, Rear tuning: Eibach leaf springs &
Sachs dampers.
22-inch forged, polished Foose wheels and P275/45R22 tires.
Full NASCAR Pace package including strobe lights and badging.
At the time, Ford made claim that this was the fastest and most powerful half-ton truck ever produced.
The obdometer reads 876 miles which were a result of the 2007-2008 show circut. The truck has been recently
detailed and needs nothing.
Please note that the truck is numbered #002. There was never a production truck bearing the #001 tag; the initial
prototype, which was never completed, has the tag #001. Chip Foose will supply a letter verifying the truck's
authenticity.

Camouflaged Shelby GT350 seen on the street
Fri, Mar 27 2015The Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang made a grand debut at the 2014 LA Auto Show, and its more extreme GT350R sibling bowed at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show. With the order guides already leaked and the R lapping the Nurburgring in a claimed 7:32.19, many of the big questions about the high-performance pony cars have already been answered. However, when they aren't showing up at events, Ford apparently still sees reason to keep the models fully camouflaged on the street. Case in point: this recent video showing off one in testing. With the design already fully unveiled, there's not much left to spy under all of the concealment. This short clip does provide a real-world opportunity to hear the song of the 5.2-liter V8 with its flat-plane crank, though. As a development car nothing here is final, but based on this video, Ford is definitely making sure the Shelby's engine sounds great. Related Video:
Ford unveils all-new 2016 F-650 and F-750 at NTEA
Tue, 04 Mar 2014Medium-duty work trucks might not be the most exciting vehicles, but they perform necessary jobs everyday. Ford is in the process of a complete refresh of its entire commercial vehicle lineup over the next 18 months, and it is debuting the all-new versions of its F-650 and F-750 trucks at the NTEA Work Truck Show in Indianapolis, IN.
"The all-new F-650/F-750 allow us to leverage our strengths and sales leadership in Classes 1 to 5 to create a better F-650/F-750 that's designed, engineered and built by Ford in the USA," said Ford spokesperson Mike Levine to Autoblog via email.
Huge amounts of torque is vital for trucks like these, and both models are offered with some of Fords biggest engines. Buyers can opt for either the 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 diesel with TorqShift 6-speed automatic with available power takeoff or a gasoline-fueled 6.8-liter V10 with a 6-speed automatic. The V10 can also be ordered from the factory to be fueled by compressed natural gas or liquid propane gas.
