Vehicle Description
ORIGINAL LOW MILES, SWEET OLD TRUCK! This truck was restored about 10 years ago then only driven around the block a few times each year just to keep it going. I've been running errands in the truck and it drives good. Check out the specs below:
Cosmetic
Paint/Body: Super straight rust free body. Paint was new about 10 years ago and is consistent from bumper to bumper with only 1 or 2 imperfections.
Interior: Unmolested dash has all original working gauges. Original am radio does not work. Dash pad is cracked. Needs new carpet and headliner
Glass/Windows: Glass is in good condition, windows roll up and down easily
Undercarriage: Super clean, original metal and only very tiny superficial rust holes in a couple of spots.
Wheels/Tires: Old tires on steel wheels
Mechanical
Drivetrain: Original 352 V8 runs super strong, has lifter knock and will need some of the lifters replaced. Clutch feels good and gears shift smoothly
Lights/Electrical: All lights and electrical work properly
Brakes: Original brakes stop good and straight
This is a wonderful find and would make a really fun truck to drive and project on. Watch the video then call Erick at 770-719-0081.

WASHINGTON — Ford is recalling 422,000 sport utility vehicles in the U.S. because the video output may fail, preventing the rear view camera image from displaying. The recall covers 2020 through 2023 Ford Explorer, Lincoln Aviator, and 2020-2022 Lincoln Corsair SUVs with a 360-degree camera. The recall expands and replaces prior Ford callbacks for the same issue in 2021 and 2023. Ford last year updated the image processing module (IPMB) software in an effort to address the issue. Ford said on Thursday it is "working together with suppliers to identify root cause and provide the correct remedy as quickly as possible". The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said the loss of the rear view camera image can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on June 26. Last year, Ford said it had reports of 17 minor crashes relating to the recall issue and more than 2,100 warranty reports but no reports of injuries. The NHTSA in August 2021 opened an investigation after Ford in 2020 recalled 620,246 vehicles for another rear camera issue. The investigation is reviewing if Ford had recalled the vehicles in a timely fashion and if it recalled enough vehicles. Recalls Ford Lincoln Crossover SUV

We said they'd probably be out with an official video, we did not lie. The Hennessey-powered camouflage Ford GT sat at one end of the runway at the Texas Mile sitting still. At the other end of the runway it had broken its own speed record, the twin-turbo 5.7-liter V8 pushing the aerodynamic supercar up to 267.6 miles per hour, a 4.3-mph improvement over the old mark. There's not much in the video you haven't already seen, this just makes it official. That said, who doesn't want to see a twin-turbo Ford GT set an incredible speed record? You can watch it below.
