Really nice f-100 2wd short box. I purchased the truck from an estate. The gentleman that owned the truck bought it in 1991 with only 35k on it and drove it to 36,800 when I purchased it. Has original 360 2bbl. Automatic transmission. Factory A/C. I rebuilt the carb and out new plus, wires cap and rotor. She runs really good. Drives like brand new, Tracks perfectly straight at 55 when you let go of the wheel. Shifts perfect as well. Original interior which is really nice as well. Has one hole and a small tear in the floor mat. Dash is perfect. Everything works. It has been repainted and has a few nicks and the drivers door has a ding in the chrome trim. No dents. Being an Oregon car I have found a couple places with surface rust mostly under the hood. Bottom of the doors, bed and sheet metal are all solid. She's not perfect, but I would rate her at a good 8-8.5 out of ten. Buyer is responsible for shipping. 1000.00 dollar non refundable deposit required within 48 hours of auction end.

Ford Tourneo ready for duty in Connect, Courier and Custom flavors [w/videos]

Ford was relatively quiet at the Geneva Motor Show, but it did take the opportunity to roll out its new family of Tourneo vans: the Courier, Connect, Grand Connect and Custom. As the passenger version of the Transit cargo vans, the new range of Tourneo models vary from the B-segment Courier up to the fullsize Custom. The Connect and Grand Connect are based on the redesigned 2014 Ford Transit Connect.
With an overall length just three inches longer than the Fiesta hatchback, the Tourneo Courier seats four to five passengers, and it offers a choice of three engines: the 1.0-liter EcoBoost or two small diesels. Like the 2014 Transit Connect was saw in Paris last year, the Tourneo Connect comes in a five-seat configuration while the Grand Connect can seat seven. Finally, the Tourneo Custom seats up to nine passengers, and it is available in two lengths up to 210 inches long putting it just six inches shorter than a standard-length E-Series van and about a foot longer than the Explorer.

Justin Bell makes a horrible policeman

If you're wondering what type of person makes a good police officer, it seems a racecar driver doesn't. Let us rephrase that: Justin Bell, a racecar driver and the host of Motor Trend's World's Fastest Car Show, recently got behind the wheel of a 5.0-liter Ford Mustang police car with Sergeant Daniel Shrubb, co-founder of DRAGG (Drag Racing Against Gangs and Graffiti), and proved that his high-performance-driving skillset is a bit too aggressive for police duty.
While it's easy to get carried away in a Mustang GT, a patrol car driver must maintain some sort of restraint while pursuing a criminal, so as not to come off as a reckless driver to the public. We'll admit, some pursuit techniques are counter-intuitive to performance driving (stay off the gas in a lane-change exercise?), but Bell's judicious use of the handbrake can't be normal procedure.
