There is some rust on the inside bottom drivers door. Extra parts include newer drivers door and 3 rear fenders. It is on a '79 Bronco frame with a big block 460,a mild cam, a Ford 9 inch and this truck is 4 wheel drive! It is on a '79 Bronco frame with a big block 460,a mild cam, Edelebrock carb, a Performer 460 intake, MSD Ignition system, a Ford 9 inch and this truck is 4 WHEEL DRIVE! Also it has an automatic transmission, headers with an exhaust that is not to loud but is just right. Just installed is a new sending unit and gas gauge, it has a wood bed with a nice tonneau cover, the tires only have about 500 miles on them. The front windshield still has the inspection stick from 1980 out of Florida. Most of the glass appears to be original with the FORD emblems in it except for the back glass. There is also 3 extra rear fenders that will come with the truck. Justin Bell makes a horrible policeman
Mon, 11 Nov 2013If you're wondering what type of person makes a good police officer, it seems a racecar driver doesn't. Let us rephrase that: Justin Bell, a racecar driver and the host of Motor Trend's World's Fastest Car Show, recently got behind the wheel of a 5.0-liter Ford Mustang police car with Sergeant Daniel Shrubb, co-founder of DRAGG (Drag Racing Against Gangs and Graffiti), and proved that his high-performance-driving skillset is a bit too aggressive for police duty.
While it's easy to get carried away in a Mustang GT, a patrol car driver must maintain some sort of restraint while pursuing a criminal, so as not to come off as a reckless driver to the public. We'll admit, some pursuit techniques are counter-intuitive to performance driving (stay off the gas in a lane-change exercise?), but Bell's judicious use of the handbrake can't be normal procedure.

Forza Horizon announces January Recaro Car Pack with LFA N"urburgring Edition

Ford pits Cobra Jet versus GRC Fiesta ST, worlds collide
Thu, 31 Oct 2013Racing takes on many forms in the automotive world. There are sanctioned events that are as varied and diverse as NASCAR, Formula One, Global Rallycross and drag racing, and to be good enough to win competitively in one discipline, you need to have a specialized vehicle. Or do you?
Ford decided to find out what would happen when its Global Rallycross Fiesta ST, driven by Tanner Foust, lined up against its Mustang Cobra Jet drag racer, driven by Roy Hill. In one lane, Tanner has just 2.0 liters of displacement to work with, while Roy has more than double that, at 5.0 liters. Evening the playing field a bit, Tanner has a massive turbocharger and all-wheel drive; Roy has to filter all his supercharged power through the rear wheels only.
So, who wins? We suggest you see for yourself in the press release and video below. And we're holding out hope that Tanner's challenge at the end results in another video from Ford Racing...
