Up for grabs with NO RESERVE this 1996 Eddie Bauer edition Ford Bronco with 59,241 original miles!! This was the last year of the Bronc and my favorite color combination! I love Broncos and have owned a lot of them over the years. This one is a keeper, but I need to free up some cash for an addition we are doing to our house to make room for child #5 on the way!! This Bronco runs and drives great, tires are good and ready to roll. I would have no problem loading my family in this Bronc and taking it across the country! Broncos with low miles in this condition are a rare find, so don't miss out!! The body on this Bronco is RUST FREE and the undercarriage and motor compartment are super clean. Interior is in great shape, no smoke smell, but the dash does have a few small cracks; see pics. The top is in good condition and doesn't appear to have ever been removed. Paint overall is in good condition with the exception of the "stars" in the original paint on the hood and a dime sized chip that has been touched up by driver door; see pics. No body damage to speak of other than minor scratches. Bronco has a clean Autocheck, I purchased it from a gentleman who found it at an estate sale in Colorado where it was purchased new. Ford brings FPV Falcon production in house [w/video]

For the first time since 1976, Ford of Australia is bringing the assembly of its stonking Ford Performance Vehicle line back in-house to the company's Broadmeadows and Geelong facilities. That's a point of pride for FPV, which builds high-performance versions of the Australian Falcon model like the F6, GS and the heroic GT seen here.
In the video below, we hear FPV employees talking in hushed tones about the important legacy that cars like the GT have for Australian gearheads of all stripes, and how proud they are to say that hand-built machines like this GT R-Spec with its Boss 355 engine are now rolling out of their home base. For our part, we're just dying to drive this version of the Coyote V8; the engine is rocking a "Miami" supercharger from Harrop and makes some 450 horsepower.

Ford Mustang GT350 seen and heard in motion for the first time

We just recently saw our first spy shots of the next-gen hi-po Ford Mustang slated to replace the Shelby GT500, but now we're getting our first look - and listen - of prototypes captured on video. Mustang6g.com has the video (along with some different spy shots), which show that, if nothing else, SVT knows how to tune an exhaust system. The :50 mark is a good example of this, but fast-forward to around 2:00 where the driver revs the engine and really gets on the throttle hard taking off from a stop.
There's still no definitive evidence that the next-gen SVT Mustang - said to be called GT350 - will be naturally aspirated, but it sounds just as menacing as the current Shelby GT500. While the video posted below exhibits the sort of quality that is to be expected from someone driving while trying to film someone who is attempting to elude being filmed, it's still exciting to see and hear this new Mustang in motion.

Ex-PR chief Vines accuses Ford of bugging cars, phones

Jason Vines, former head of communications at Ford among other automakers, is accusing the Blue Oval of bugging his company phone and his car during the Firestone tire recall for the Explorer in 2001. The allegations have come to light in Vines' upcoming book What Did Jesus Drive? Crisis PR in Cars, Computers and Christianity.
According to The Detroit News, which has an advance copy of the book, Vines (pictured above) claims that after leaving the company, someone with security within Ford advised him that he had been bugged around the time of the recall. The allegations don't stop there, though. Vines further contends that he might not have been the only one to get this treatment, noting that then-general counsel John Rintamaki also believed he was being listened to.
According to The Detroit News, even if it had been a company phone, recording Vines without his knowledge still would have been a felony under Michigan law.
