Selling my 1995 Ford Bronco XLT, I've owned it 2 years and it runs great. It has high miles, don't know if the engine or transmission has ever been replaced, as I or prior owner didn't have knowledge of it being swapped or rebuilt. Correct motor is in vehicle. My wife drove the vehicle from Las Vegas to Rochester, NY in April of this year, as we were moving back East, and had absolutely no problems with it. Prior to driving it across country I had my mechanic replace many parts in the front end including bushings, tie rods, brake pads, ect. to ensure safe travel. Last September I put on four new Falken 35" tires which have about 90% of their tread, only driven about 5,000 miles since they were put on (2,500 highway driving across the country), new slotted rotors a year ago, new step up bars, and upper/lower radiator hoses a year ago. Vehicle has a 7" lift and A/C blows cold. Inside tailgate and bed are rhino lined. Everything works as it should with the exception of cruise control (would more than likely work if the steering wheel was replace, as buttons for this option are missing). There is no stereo in the vehicle, all connections and deck cut out are there as you can see in the pictures. The rear seat is out of another Bronco prior to me owning it and is tan in color, and in excellent condition, overall interior is in good condition. Vehicle has 4x4 and Low Range, which is push button controlled, the vehicle also has locking hubs if you prefer that option. I have used the 4x4 and Low Range on several occasions going up to my cousins ranch in Arizona (6,000 ft elevation used it in rain and snow), works great. This vehicle is solid, No rust, Las Vegas Vehicle. If you have any questions or would like to view the vehicle in person, please contact me. $500 deposit within 24 hours via PAYPAL, balance in cash or cashiers check. Vehicle will not be released until cashiers check clears my bank. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will help any way I can. You can get shipping quotes on-line through many vehicle shippers in the US. No Warranty is expressed or implied. If you have less than 10 feedbacks, you must contact me prior to bidding or I will remove your bid. Good luck and Happy bidding!!!

2015 Ford Mustang spied on video for the first time
Thu, 20 Jun 2013Not many cars will continue to hold our rapt attention quite like the upcoming redesigned 2015 Ford Mustang, codenamed S550 internally. Earlier this month, we brought you the first spy photos of a next-gen Mustang prototype out testing, and even though expertly placed cladding concealed the pony car's new shape, we could tell that underneath was hiding an altogether new form inspired by the Evos Concept from 2011.
Today we give you some video of what looks to be the same Mustang prototype, which you can watch below, and while the budding director behind the camera wasn't able to capture much in the way of the engine's audio signature, we can see the car in motion for the first time and compare its relative size and shape to the S197 Mustang GT that's on its tail.
Nuclear-powered concept cars from the Atomic Age
Thu, 17 Jul 2014In the 1950s and early 60s, the dawn of nuclear power was supposed to lead to a limitless consumer culture, a world of flying cars and autonomous kitchens all powered by clean energy. In Europe, it offered the then-limping continent a cheap, inexhaustible supply of power after years of rationing and infrastructure damage brought on by two World Wars.
The development of nuclear-powered submarines and ships during the 1940s and 50s led car designers to begin conceptualizing atomic vehicles. Fueled by a consistent reaction, these cars would theoretically produce no harmful byproducts and rarely need to refuel. Combining these vehicles with the new interstate system presented amazing potential for American mobility.
But the fantasy soon faded. There were just too many problems with the realities of nuclear power. For starters, the powerplant would be too small to attain a reaction unless the car contained weapons-grade atomic materials. Doing so would mean every fender-bender could result in a minor nuclear holocaust. Additionally, many of the designers assumed a lightweight shielding material or even forcefields would eventually be invented (they still haven't) to protect passengers from harmful radiation. Analyses of the atomic car concept at the time determined that a 50-ton lead barrier would be necessary to prevent exposure.
Ford Mondeo classes up with premium Vignale trim
Wed, 11 Sep 2013Back in the day, Vignale was a carrozzeria of the highest order, alongside the likes of Pininfarina, Bertone and Zagato. But like Giugiaro-ItalDesign and Ghia, it has since been subsumed into a larger auto group. Ford ended up with it under its umbrella when it took over De Tomaso, and has since used the moniker for a number of concept cars. Now the name is back in the form of a new upscale sub-brand for the European market.
The first new model to receive the Vignale treatment is the Mondeo, which Ford unveiled here at the Frankfurt Motor Show in both sedan and wagon forms. Positioned above the Titanium trim, the Vignale model gets such special touches as chrome trim and a quilted leather interior, Vignale badges replacing any mention of the Mondeo on which it's based. It also gains an ownership experience - including free car washes for life! - to befit the upscale positioning.
Under the bright spotlights above the show floor, the Nocciola metallic brown paint might not be the most photogenic, but will likely give the Vignale edition a more premium look when it hits European dealers and roads in 2015. Whether it'll be worth however much Ford asks for it, however, remains to be seen. Scroll down below for the official press release.
