You are bidding on a Super Sharp 1975 Custom Sport Bronco. This is one of the coolest Broncos I have ever owned. All of the right things have been done to make this Bronco a completely awesome daily driver. 12k miles since finished. This truck started out as a Rust Free Original Sport Bronco. Yes This Truck is Rust Free!!! All of the original pans and inner fenders are still in this Bronco!!! With that being said; a heavy duty makeover was required to make this rig what you have here today. A true convertible was the goal for this bronco because the door frames were weak to start with from opening and closing over the years, and also this option would be something new and different for a change. To start the door frames were cut and the doors were sealed from the top where the glass would normally come through. All of the holes for the top were filled as well, then grinded and smoothed completely flush from front to rear making it completely slick. Next the body was stripped of its old paint and repainted with a factory Ford Toreador Red Metallic PPG Base/Clear. Here is a complete list of the modifications and upgrades on this bronco!
Complete New Base/Clear Ford - Toreador Red Metallic Linex Truck Bed Coated Tub/INSIDE Wild Horses 2 1/2 Suspension with Rancho Shocks 1993 Cobra Fuel Injected 5.0 Liter Engine Longtube Headers and Flowmaster Exhaust C4 Automatic Transmission Dakota Digital Gauge Cluster Power Disc Brakes Custom Hounds Tooth Reclining Low Back Bucket Seats New Roll Bar and Bikini top set-up. Nice Stereo and custom Console with Speakers Nice Aftermarket Rims and All-Terrain Tires The list goes on and on and I am probably leaving out some things, but as you can see this Bronco is Complete!! I can't speak highly enough of the way this bronco performs, rides and drives. It is an absolute dream to drive. The seats are amazingly comfortable with the reclining option and extended seat adjustment. The steering is super tight and easy. The bronco handles excellent on the freeways cruising 60-70 mph. The Gas mileage is far more efficient. No hard cold Starts and Carb troubles!!! Tons of more power than the old 302. This is just a great bronco that is an excellent weekend cruiser or daily driver. This bronco has been garage kept for the past 25 years and has no issues that need addressing. If you are looking for a Rust Free, Fully Built, Fuel Injected, Daily Driver Quality Bronco , then this is it!!! Do not let the convertible top scare you. This Bronco will take a full soft top or full hard top with re-drilling of holes. Don't let this One of A Kind Custom Get Away!! I do reserve the right to end this auction early due to local sale as I have it for sale in my home town as well. PLEASE! PLEASE!PLEASE! CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT THIS BRONCO 662-721-5009 OR 662-719-3694 AT ANY TIME!! I DO REQUIRE VERBAL COMMUNICATION FROM WINNING BIDDER WITHIN THE HOUR OF AUCTION CLOSING ALONG WITH A $1000.00 DEPOSIT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSING. |

The 11 best scenes from the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed
Tue, Jun 30 2015Over the last three days, the Goodwood Estate has played home to the eponymous Festival of Speed. Thrown by the biggest gearhead in the British aristocracy – Charles Gordon-Lennox, the Earl of March and Kinrara – the Festival of Speed is essentially a tremendous, gasoline-fuelled party, complete with a very large lawn sculpture, that features the world's hottest, weirdest, fastest, and loudest race, production, and historic models. While there are quite literally dozens and dozens of videos from the event – not to mention the full-day replays (of which only day one is available, at present) – we've sifted through them to pluck away the very best. There's stuff from the official Goodwood YouTube channel, as well as several videos from automakers and other third-party channels, and it's all available below. 2015 Ford Mustang GT350R Looks Barely Controllable If you thought the highest-performance Ford Mustang would somehow get more tractable or civilized once it moved to an independent rear suspension, this video shows you have nothing to worry about. Watch as an unnamed driver wrestles the new Shelby GT350R and its flat-plane, 5.2-liter V8 up the hillclimb circuit. Even with the new suspension and sticky tires, this Mustang wants to go any direction but straight, especially following its launch. 2016 Ford Focus RS, Is Very Loud, Blue Ken Block makes his first appearance on our list. Before he steps into his Hoonicorn Mustang, though, the Gymkhana expert tackled the hill in the all-new Focus RS. The vicious bellow of the 2.3-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder is the star of this commentary-free video, although the gorgeous Nitrous Blue paint job is a nice accompaniment, as well. 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn Runs Hill, Nearly Kills Lord March Mr. Block's two runs behind the wheel of the Hoonicorn were, unsurprisingly, very eventful. While one attempt goes off without a hitch, seeing the American rally driver slip and slide his way to the top of the hill while taking a short break for a donut, the other is slightly more dramatic. Block, along with Lord March in the passenger seat, carries a bit too aggressive an angle into a turn and nearly puts the NASCAR-powered Mustang into the hay bales. Check out the first video above, and the second one below. Kimi Raikkonen Makes Us Miss F1's V8 Era The latest Formula One cars have been maligned for the lackluster noise produced by the new 1.6-liter, turbocharged V6.
Ford rolls out diesel Focus ST at Goodwood [w/poll]
Sun, 29 Jun 2014If you're in the market for a hot hatch, there are some excellent choices at your disposal - especially if you live in Europe. But if you want a diesel, well, your choices become rather more limited. Volkswagen tends to that niche market with the Golf GTD (essentially an oil-burning version of the GTI available Stateside), but that's about the extent of it. The pleas of those looking for more diesel-burning hot hatch choices haven't fallen on deaf ears at Ford, with the Blue Oval not only rolling out a facelifted gas-powered Focus ST at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend, but also a new diesel version as well.
The diesel Focus ST (which we hope and pray isn't marketed as the STD) packs a 2.0-liter turbodiesel four producing 182 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque to propel the oil-burning hot hatch to 62 in 8.1 seconds en route to a top speed of 135 miles per hour. With less power and only slightly more torque, that makes the diesel Focus ST considerably slower than the gasoline one, which packs 252 hp and 270 lb-ft, runs to 62 in 6.5 seconds and tops out at 154 mph, but (in a testament to how far particulate filters have come) the diesel model cuts carbon emissions by nearly a third compared to the petrol version and returns about 50-percent better fuel economy, which makes that much more of a difference in markets where diesel is already priced better than gasoline at the pump.
For buyers who wouldn't consider anything other than a diesel, it also represents 23-percent more power than the previous top-level diesel Focus. The VW Golf GTD, for reference, offers up 181 hp (just 1 horse less), 280 lb-ft (15 fewer torques) but is somehow estimated to reach 60 in a considerably fleeter 7.4 seconds.
These Canadians somehow forgot how to drive in snow
Tue, Dec 6 2016Montreal drivers experienced a slow-motion pileup on their streets this weeks thanks to the first snow fall of the season. According to the CBC, slippery conditions caused a small pileup involving cars, buses and even a street clearing vehicle. Onlookers in neighboring office buildings watched as vehicle after vehicle slid down Cote du Beaver Hall and crashed into the scrum of waiting cars. First there was a city bus, then a white Ford F-150 work truck loaded down with ladders, then another city bus came along and sandwiched the poor F-150. A Montreal Police Charger then came down the hill backwards, hit the bus in a slow, sad crash before it was crashed into by an out of control plow truck. Since its posting yesterday, the video of the crash has gone viral. Various other vehicles–a green-topped Scion delivery truck and a couple workaday sedans–were lucky enough to escape the pileup, but still suffered through a white-knuckled slippery descent down the hill. Colin Creado, who works nearby the crash site, told the CBC although it was pretty slippery, he was surprised at all the carnage since the storm was forecast well in advance. "You would have thought ... they would have salted the area or at least cordoned it off, because that road is pretty steep," he told the station.
