Now is your chance to own a 69' FORD Bronco Hotrod.

You are bidding on a Great, Solid, Bronco with some nice up-grades. Built by Merigold Mafia Classics. This Bronco was freshly painted in December of 2013 with 2012 Ford Charcoal Gray and Satin Black accents. The undercarriage was steamed and repainted as well. The interior was stripped out and Linexed completely inside of the tub. This Bronco still has the original floor pans in it with very few small pin holes showing,  No floor pan issues or kick panel issues. The Rocker panels are perfect along with the bed pan. The only place that was rusted was one small area on the passenger side inner fender as it gets close to the firewall. This is a very common issue. That section was removed as you can see in pics. Late model low back bucket seats from a chevy single cab were added. Factory black rear seat was re-installed.

This Bronco has a Very Strong high revving 306 V8 with a Edlebrock Intake and Carb

Originally this bronco was a 3 speed and has been converted to C4 Automatic with J-Shift Transfer case and B&M ratchet shifter in the floor.

Manual Drums Brakes were removed and replaced with Power Disc Brakes in the Front.

Completely New Ford 9 inch with 411 Gears and Locker in the Rear

Wild Horses 3 inch Suspension lift and 3 inch Body Lift

MB Motoring Satin Black Rims on 33 inch Buckshot Radial MT's

Factory Fuel Tanks Removed and replaced by One Single Oversize metal tank in the rear

Custom Pre-Runner Style Bumpers front and Rear

Brand New Performance Exhaust & System Installed

Brand New Pilot Mahagony Steering Wheel Installed

This is a powerful badass looking bronco. This is not a frame off restoration, but shows very well. This bronco was built to just be a tough fun toy and look mean. There are a few things that aren't perfect and may need a little tweaking or adjusting, but overall it is a great SOLID bronco.

Free and clear title. Will help arrange shipping.

Motor Trend pits Subaru WRX vs. Ford Focus ST

Thu, 23 Jan 2014

The Ford Focus ST has enjoyed a relatively calm, if brief, reign in the world of hot hatches. With nothing else in the class (in the States, at least) but the aging Mazdaspeed3 and Subaru Impreza WRX and the slow-selling Volkswagen Golf R, the Blue Oval's 252-horsepower five door has been the go-to vehicle for those that don't need the high-octane lunacy (and expense) of the rally bred Subaru Impreza WRX STI and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.
Now, though, as the new Subaru WRX (it's not an Impreza anymore, though, neither is it a hatchback...) starts to arrive at dealers, the Focus ST appears to be under threat for the first time. Naturally, Motor Trend is here to figure out which one is the best, with another one of its Head 2 Head videos. Host Jonny Lieberman puts both cars through their paces, going above and beyond, quite literally, at the very end of the video.
Have a look below and let us know what you think of MT's verdict in Comments.

Ford opens 88 new dealerships in China in a single day

Mon, 23 Jun 2014

"Ford opened 88 dealerships in China last year." "Ford opened 88 dealerships in China during the first half of 2014." "Ford opened 88 dealerships in China last month." None of those statements - even the last one - would seem unbelievable. Saying "Ford opened up 88 dealerships in China last Thursday," though, is a bit more dramatic.
Yes, on June 19 alone, Ford opened the doors on nearly 100 showrooms in the People's Republic, boosting the Blue Oval's total presence in the country to 750 dealerships. Of course, while an overabundance of dealers in the US proved troublesome for American manufacturers back in 2008 and 2009, there's no such concern in China. Considering the country's huge population and the breakneck pace of the local auto industry, you could be forgiven for being surprised Ford only has 750 outlets at this stage.
What's notable about this most recent push, besides the sheer volume of new stores, is their location. Over three-quarters of the new dealerships are in so-called Tier 4 cities, which are smaller towns that still contain millions of people. This fits with Ford's strategy in China of avoiding the bigger battlegrounds that are already dominated by competitors and focusing on setting up shop in newer markets that may have been overlooked, according to Automotive News.

Toyota, Ford not interested in FCA merger

Mon, Jun 15 2015

Sergio Marchionne will preach the benefits of mergers to anyone who'll listen, but his calls for industry consolidation may be falling on deaf ears. At least, that is, the ears of those who the Fiat Chrysler chief would most like to bend. Not only is General Motors uninterested, but according to The Detroit News, neither are Toyota or Ford. "It's something we would not be interested in," said Toyota's North American chief Jim Lentz, at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Toyota Technical Center. "At 10 million (vehicles) we have enough scale right now to do what we need to do. There really would be no advantage for us." Toyota isn't the only one unenthused by the prospect of merging with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The Detroit News also reports that Ford, though it may yet to have been approached by Marchionne, wouldn't be interested either. "We're not a suitor for FCA," said Ford CFO Bob Shanks. "We don't see that type of opportunity as one that applies to us." With GM, Toyota, and Ford expressing disinterest in Marchionne's merger idea, the FCA chief will likely start looking elsewhere – or look for other ways to compel his primary candidate to reconsider. He may eventually find a partner – more likely in the Far East or within Europe – but it may not take the form of the major player Sergio has hoped for.
