2008 and completely clean and operational. Never wrecked, clear title in hand. Additional interior materials – misc. pieces of ostrich, black
leather and black “felt” material, many original interior parts Tubi competition exhaust (cats have not been deleted or
modified) This car was built to be a show car. It has been retired and
was a garage queen for a while. I have personally put the last 1200 trouble
free, careful, adult driven miles on it. I have been around the vehicle since
2006 and know the history from that point on. Before then, ownership and
maintenance are included with the documentation (well documented, includes “major”
in 2005). Receipts, correspondence, and maintenance records are included from
2006 to the last service 7/16/2013 (fuel accumulators, spark plugs, oil
(synthetic racing oil) and oil filter, air filter, Syn-Pro gear lube, battery
test, trans and diff flush, A/C test and service) As a show car, this car has been wrapped many times. With
that, the paint is not in good shape. If the wrap were to be removed and not
reinstalled, a new paint job will be necessary. With the latest wrap, the
horizontal “fins” have been removed to update the look. I still have all parts
and nuts and bolts. They can be easily put back on if desired. Do not bid if you do not have funding, negative feedback or
no feedback. Buyer will arrange shipping and transport. Deposit of US $500.00 within 48
hours of auction close. Immediate deposit is required for Buy It Now. |

Jay Leno gets five of Ferrari's greatest hits together for an epic track day
Tue, Nov 8 2016America's favorite car guy, Jay Leno, isn't a huge fan of Ferrari. But even he can't stop from gushing over five of Ferrari's greatest cars. Thanks to David Lee, a Ferrari collector and watch dealer, Leno got to drive a Ferrari LaFerrari around a track with the Enzo, F50, F40, and 288 GTO close behind. The short five-minute clip has Leno driving conservatively behind the wheel of the LaFerrari and cautiously enjoying the supercar's 950-horsepower hybrid powertrain. Lee brings up the rear of the Ferrari train in his 288 GTO, while his brothers took the other three Italian supercars onto the track for a leisurely drive. Lee, who is an avid Ferrari collector that brought Leno his 1967 275 GTB4 to drive earlier this year, drives these Ferraris regularly and is extremely passionate about the brand. Despite not being one of Ferrari's biggest fans, Leno has nothing but good things to say about the LaFerrari. The five Ferraris are some of the most sought-after vehicles of all time, and for good reason. The supercars represent the best that Ferrari could do at each of those moments in time. Though it looks like Leno and Lee are going painstakingly slow, they're surrounded by an estimated value of $12 million worth of Italian metal. With a new season of Jay Leno's Garage set to premiere tomorrow at 10 p.m. Eastern Time on CNBC, we're expecting more more footage from this Ferrari fest. 2016 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance: It's all in the details
Mon, Aug 22 2016It's no secret that Pebble Beach is an ode to gorgeous, and mostly, classic cars. The car show may be a place for automakers to showcase extremely expensive cars to wealthy buyers, but it's also one of the go-to places for enthusiasts that love automobiles and culture. While it's easy to be overwhelmed by the overall beauty of a car, the real magic often needs closer inspection to be realized. Every car at Pebble Beach is a work of art, but the true beauty of the vehicles lies in the details. And Autoblog's photographer, Drew Phillips, managed to capture the details on some gorgeous cars. From the Lamborghini Miura's exquisite steering wheel to Rolls-Royce's Spirit of Ecstasy, it's all at Pebble Beach. We think the details on some of the cars are prettier than the cars themselves, but don't take our word for it. Check out the beautiful gallery above and enjoy the tiny bits and pieces behind some of the prettiest cars in the world. Heads continue to roll at Scuderia Ferrari
Fri, Dec 19 2014It's a year of restructuring at Ferrari – especially when it comes to the Formula One department. Dissatisfied with the team's performance of late, parent company Fiat fired Ferrari's chairman, replaced its team principal twice and brought in another multiple world champion to replace the one it already had. But that's not the end of it. Under the direction of new chairman Sergio Marchionne and team principal Maurizio Arrivabene, the Maranello-based outfit is undergoing a purge in its ranks. Ferrari has fired its veteran engineering director Pat Fry (pictured above at left), its chief designer Nicolas Tombazis (center) and its tire guru Hirohide Hamashima (whom the team picked up shortly after Bridgestone left the sport, not pictured). In their places, Ferrari has named appropriate replacements, and has shuffled some additional staff around. F1 journalist Alberto Antonini, for example, has taken over the press office from Renato Bisignani who will now run the Scuderia's new commercial department. More vital, however, is James Allison, a longtime F1 engineer who previously worked for Ferrari for five years and returned from Lotus last year to take up position as the team's new technical director – too late to influence last season's chassis but now charged with developing next year's. Whether the radical reshuffling of its staff will be enough to reverse the team's fortunes, nobody can say for certain at this point. But without a single grand prix victory this past season, things can hardly get any worse for what historically has been the most victorious team in all of motorsport. The Scuderia Ferrari has been reorganized Maranello, 16 December – Within a few days from his arrival Maurizio Arrivabene, Managing Director of Ferrari's Gestione Sportiva and Team Principal of Scuderia Ferrari, has restructured his team with a flatter structure and clear assignment of responsibilities. James Allison is the Technical Director with two Italian engineers and home grown Scuderia talent reporting to him: Chief Designer Simone Resta and Power Unit Director Mattia Binotto, the latter will be supported by Chief Designer Power Unit Lorenzo Sassi, among others. Furthermore James Allison will direct track engineering activities ad interim.
