Immaculate 1,702 Mile 1989 Ferrari Testarossa on 2040-cars
Hellertown, Pennsylvania, United States
This is a well documented 3 owner genuine original 1,702 mile 1989 Testarossa in red with a black interior. The 30K engine out service was completed in 9/2011. The engine and engine bay were professionally detailed prior to reinstallation. A comprehensive minor service including all fluids, brake hoses, new battery, the seat belt recall, new thermocoupler ECUs etc., was completed last summer. The paint was professionally detailed in May 2014. The original factory paint shows as one would expect of a no rain, very little UV exposed 1,702 mile continuously garaged pampered car. The undercarriage is unblemished and unscarred as well. The original factory panel gaps are some of the best I have seen on any vintage Ferrari. All books, tools and service records accompany the car as well as a new car cover, three sets of floor mats, the factory original set as well as two after market sets. Car currently rides on a refurbished set of genuine factory 512TR wheels with brand new Goodyear tires. The unblemished original wheel and tire set as shown in the last photo go with the car. A truly exceptional time warp example of the classic Ferrari Testarossa! |

Ugar Sahin Design's F is a radical Ferrari 458 in disguise
Wed, 02 Apr 2014Look, Ferrari, your latest line of cars is arguably the best looking group of prancing stallions since the early 1970s. Even the rather dull California has gotten some attention, thanks to the new California T. But this, the Ferrari F from Ugur Sahin Design, is just better.
Believe it or not, that is based on a 458 Italia. It's like the designer has taken the very best aspects of the Pagani Huayra, Jim Glickenhaus' P4/5 and the Ferrari LaFerrari and combined them into one amazing package. We think it's positively stunning.
Now, obviously, there are some aspects that wouldn't work for a production car. For example, those rear blind spots are probably huge. But when a car looks this good, who really cares? In fact, we'd be willing to designate this Ferrari as the best looking car Ugur Sahin has penned, which is high praise indeed.
Logic3 classes up headphones with Prancing Horse
Fri, 11 Jan 2013White earphones too bland for you? Black too slow? Your otherwise high-end cans just not expensive enough? Logic3 hopes to remedy your plight with its new line of Ferrari-branded earphones and headphones.
Logic3's Cavallino line is intended for the well-heeled audio enthusiast with aluminum housings covered in hand-stitched, lambskin leather. The Scuderia collection is also built with aluminum but instead of leather, the earphones' colors closely match those of the Ferrari F1 team. Yellow badges and aluminum grilles complete the look.
Both lines also include over-the-ear headphones and Bluetooth compatible dock station speakers. The Scuderia line headphones mimic the look of hearing protection worn by F1 pit crews.
Modena opens new Enzo Ferrari museum
Tue, 18 Feb 2014Enzo Ferrari was one of the 20th century's racing icons, and on the 116th birthday of its founder, Ferrari opened a lavish new wing of the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, Italy. The new hall is shaped like the hood of a '50s Ferrari racer on the outside and contains a century's worth of the brand's history inside. Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo and Enzo's son, Piero Ferrari, dedicated the new building on February 18.
The Enzo Ferrari Museum existed previously as two buildings, including Enzo's childhood home and his father's workshop, but the new building was created to display the Prancing Horse's full history. Projectors display images and films of Enzo's like across its walls and floors, and the cars on display represent Ferrari's most important as a driver and constructor over the past century.
The new gallery is meant to compliment the Museo Ferrari in nearby Maranello. Enzo's museum focuses squarely on Ferrari's past, and the other concentrates on brand's present and future, while still displaying some important classic models. Both will be open every day, expect for Christmas and the New Year.
