THIS HAS BEEN AN AMAZING PROJECT FOR US HERE AT ZD MOTORSPORTS. WE TOOK A 360 SPIDER AND CONVERTED IT TO A F430!!

THE FERRARI HAS NO SCRATCHES ANYWHERE ON IT. FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK, IT IS FLAWLESS IN EVERY WAY,,,MEANT FOR SHOWROOM. ALL PARTS WERE MODIFIED TO OEM FERRARI 430 PARTS. VEHICLE HAS ALL ORIGINAL FERRARI EXTERIOR PARTS, NO AFTER MARKET EXTERIOR. WE ADDED RED ACCENTS THROUGHOUT THE VEHICHAL COCKPIT FOR A CUSTOM ONE-OF-A-KIND LOOK. WE ALSO ADDED AN UPGRADED CARBON FIBER STEERING WHEEL, CARBON FIBER AIR BOXES, AND EVEN A CARBON FIBER ENGINE PLATE WITH CUSTOM RED HORSE. THE EXHAUST SYSTEM THAT WAS MODIFIED BY FAMOUS "SHOP ROYAL MUFFLERS" IS THE CAPRISTO, WHICH IS MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR FERRARI. THE WHEELS ARE CHROME WITH RED ACCENTS. THEY HAVE A 5 INCH LIP IN THE BACK. THESE ARE NC FORGED WHEELS, 20" IN THE BACK, 19" IN THE FRONT, TO GIVE IT THAT AGGRESSIVE STAGGER LOOK. TIRES ARE 95% YOKOHAMA, (BACK ARE 285/30 ZR20, FRONT ARE 235/35 ZR19). WE SPARED NO EXPENSES WITH ALL OF THESE CUSTOMIZATIONS. DIFFUSER WAS ALSO PAINTED ROSSO RED WITH BLACK FINS TO GIVE IT AN AGGRESSIVE LOOK. YOU HAVE TO HEAR IT TO BELIEVE IT!! WE ALSO ADDED 4INCH BLACK CERAMIC QUAD PIPES FOR THE ULTIMATE LOOK. WE ALSO TOOK THE FERRARI AND DID A FULL INTERIOR UPGRADE, SUCH AS ADDING MORE CUSHION TO THE SEATS, AND WE USED A HIGH GRADE ITALIAN LEATHER WITH PEREFERATED CENTERS, AND USED A RED UNDER LAYER TO GIVE IT A SPECIFIC CUSTOMIZED LOOK. SPENT 7K FOR JUST THESE TWO SEATS!!

This Ferrari has upgrades such as Red Brembo- Ferrari Brake Calipers, Power F1 Transmission, Scuderia Fender Shields, and more!! Its mid-engine aluminum chassis, active double-wishbone suspension (also constructed of aluminum) and wide track design imbue the car with other worldly handling qualities. Body roll is essentially nonexistent with the active suspension placed in "Sport" mode, and its ability to track over bumps without upsetting the chassis is spot-on thanks to electronic dampers that take a mere 0.04 seconds to react. When not in "Sport" mode the 360 Spider softens a bit, improving its ride while allowing for greater body roll. This 2001 Ferrari 360 Spider reaches 60 mph in about 4.5 seconds and tops out over 180mph thanks to Ferraris 400hp 3.6 liter V-8! The manual transmission has been refined by Ferrari over the past few years and provides quicker, smoother shifts. Rear roll bars contain a mesh screen to prevent wind buffeting when the Spider's top is down. Ferrari says that despite a higher coefficient of drag due to the open body style, the 360 Spider performs exactly like the coupe. Its automatic top folds flush beneath its rear cover. The only thing this car needs are the top seals to be changed. Top is currently down. Once seals are changed, top will function perfectly. Car has been serviced, and the clutch is at 85%.  Car has been serviced by Ferrari Autogallery and Black Horse Ferrari.  F

Autoblog remembers its favorite Ferrari models of the Montezemolo Era

Thu, 11 Sep 2014

Italian cars have a reputation for drawing out the fiery, emotional and passionate sides of car enthusiasts - something that becomes abundantly clear when you ask a group of Autoblog editors to rank a list of their favorites.
With the departure of Luca di Montezemolo from Ferrari being fresh on our collective minds today, your friendly team of editors started pleasantly discussing which of the cars launched during his era was our favorite. The conversation was rousing, so we thought it would be entertaining to put the choices to a quick ranked vote, and bring you a sort of Editors' Choice list for road-going Ferraris from the 1990s through today.
Then, of course, all hell broke loose.

One-of-a-kind aluminum Ferrari Daytona barn find to be auctioned

Fri, Aug 25 2017

Every gearhead loves a good barn find, and this one will probably go down as one of the best. The car in question is a 1969 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona, which is a special-enough car for its gorgeous looks, impressive performance and appearance in Miami Vice. But this one is extra-special because it's a one-of-a-kind; the only aluminum-bodied Daytona built for street use. It's the latter part of that description that makes it unique. Ferrari did build a few other aluminum Daytonas, but those five cars, according to RM Sotheby's, were built specifically for racing. This one was just a normal street-ready Daytona painted in red with a black leather interior. It was sold to the founder of an Italian automotive magazine, and it changed hands within the country a few times. In 1971, it was imported to Japan where it was driven and enjoyed until its last owner parked it in 1980, where it sat until this year. RM Sotheby's will auction the car at a special Ferrari auction in Maranello on Sept. 9, 2017, where it will be sold alongside a new LaFerrari Aperta. The car will be sold in the condition you see above. The odometer reads 36,390 kilometers (about 22,611 miles), and it's believed the number is accurate. A Ferrari specialist also confirmed that the body, chassis and powertrain all match. The pictures show that the car also includes a comprehensive tool kit that includes a lead hammer for removing/attaching the knock-off wheel nuts. RM Sotheby's expects this car to sell for between ˆ1.4 million and ˆ1.7 million, which is about $1.66 million to $2.02 million at current exchange rates. Of course if the buyer wants to fully restore this car as opposed to simply preserving it, the owner could be looking at some hefty costs to bring it back to like-new condition. Finali Mondiali 2016 was an incredible celebration of all things Ferrari

Mon, Dec 12 2016

For the first time ever, Ferrari held its Finali Mondiali event in North America, and we were there to soak it all in. This event is a four-day celebration of everything Ferrari, but the main event is the world final championship for the Ferrari Challenge series drivers, who normally compete in European, American, and Asia Pacific regional series. While they were racing 458 Challenge EVO models, we also saw the debut of the 488 Challenge – which, needless to say, was stunning. There were also demonstrations of past F1 cars, and a running of the incredible FXX Program vehicles, which simply looked (and sounded) amazing. In addition, the last Ferrari LaFerrari built was auctioned off to help victims of the Italian earthquakes, and predictably it raised a lot of money. That's great. In fact, it also set a record at a whopping $7 million – the most for a car from this century, period. Probably didn't hurt things any that it was also a one-off with a special paint job. Enjoy the photos above from our time at this fantastic event at Daytona International Speedway. Related Video:
