2001 Ferrari 360 Spider Extremely Rare European White In Perfect Condition on 2040-cars
Rockville, Maryland, United States
Ferrari 360 Spider European White Convertible This is the one you’ve been waiting for and hoping for. Extremely rare (one of a kind!) absolutely stunning European White Ferrari 360 Spider. Ferrari offered white only in its European cars. This car was custom ordered and shipped directly from Italy, so chances are you will never see another 2001 factory white 360 anywhere in the United States. As a European model it has more horsepower and headlamp washers that were not available on cars made for the American market. As you can see from the photos, the gorgeous white exterior with blue top and blue/silver interior is an amazing color combination. It turns heads wherever it goes! This spectacular vehicle has been meticulously maintained with complete service records (including a $10,000 service a few months ago) and is always garage-kept. I am sad to have to part with it, but I am moving to a very cold climate and can’t take it with me--it wouldn’t be fair to the car to keep it in the garage 10 months out of the year! I am looking for someone who will love it and derive as much joy from it as I have. If you buy this particular automobile, you will be the only one with a factory original white Ferrari 360 Spider. As it was for me, it will be the best purchase you will ever make! |

Is the $1.4M LaFerrari sold out?
Mon, 09 Dec 2013If you look at the stratospheric sticker prices on the latest generation of hypercars and wonder how an automaker could possibly justify it, bear in mind a few factoids. For one thing, even when the sticker prices start lower, they quickly balloon past the million-dollar mark. For another, automakers charge that much because they can, and don't seem to have much trouble selling them all.
Case in point: the new LaFerrari. While presenting the state-of-the-art supercar on CNBC, Ferrari North America CEO Marco Mattiacci revealed that all 499 examples that will be made of the hybrid hypercar - including those 120 earmarked for North America - have already been spoken for. This despite the $1.4 million asking price that makes it the most expensive Ferrari ever made.
Or the most expensive new Ferrari, we should say, because prices for the most collectable machines ever to roll out the gates at Maranello continue to rise. Figure you'll save a little and get LaFerrari's predecessor? Trading hands these days at prices approaching $2 million (around three times its original $660k MSRP), the Enzo is even more expensive. And that's just the scarlet tip of the iceberg.

Need For Speed Rivals announced for Xbox One and Playstation 4 [w/video]
Fri, 24 May 2013Fresh from critical praise for the last installment in the series, Need For Speed: Most Wanted, Electronic Arts has formally announced that Need For Speed Rivals will be the next title in the series. Set to hit stores on November 19, the game will also be the first Need For Speed to be available on next-generation consoles Xbox One and Playstation 4, as well as the current Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The "rivals" in question for this NFS title are, of course, cops and street racers - nothing new there - but the gameplay is apparently getting a makeover. Players may choose to be racers, and live the life of evading cops, gaining infamy, videoing their slipperiest moves and earning Speed Points. They might also choose to play on the side of law enforcement; attaining higher ranks and faster police cars with more and increasingly challenging busts.
One big innovation in Rivals will be the use of a new play system called AllDrive. The concept is that a player can seamlessly move from playing in single player mode, to playing online with friends, without having to wait in a lobby or move through a menu interface. The game will merge one's play from single to multiplayer as your friends across the web go on and offline, and you can choose to interact with them or not, as you like.
