This is a picked over 355 Spider. There is NO ENGINE, NO TRANSMISSION, NO COMPUTERS included in this auction. But still lots of good parts here and a clean title.
This a rolling collection of 355 parts with a title. Could it be repaired? Certainly only by someone with a crazy desire to do so, who had the time, money and talent.
I am not interested in parting this car out myself, so please don't ask for any individual parts, just buy the whole car. If it doesn't sell, I may revisit parting it out in the future.
The car was hit in the driver's door and has damage to the rear door jamb, but the lower rocker is undamaged. The trunk lid, drivers fender and headlight assembly have been used on other cars. The drivers side corner piece was drilled off for another car. The bumpers are included but have some repairable damage to them. The driver's seat is bent passenger seat is good. The top has two tears but all the framework is OK. It has all the brakes, and suspension and it is a roller. The drivers side airbag is there.
The dash is OK, gauges are there, windshield is good the pictures really tell the story.

Ferrari 488 GTB slides through the night
Wed, Mar 16 2016Offer a chance to listen to a Ferrari rev, and you immediately get our attention. For a new promotional video, Pennzoil goes even further by unleashing the 488 GTB on the track and then drifting it around Barcelona, Spain, at night. Add in a some classical music to accompany the twin-turbocharged V8, and the result is a fantastic display of automotive power. The video has a simple premise of showing off the 488 GTB, but the clip excels at its goal of displaying the model's performance. Check out the action above to see what we mean. Ferrari Testarossa featured in retrospective by owner Harry Metcalfe
Fri, 24 Oct 2014Harry Metcalfe, of Evo fame, got our attention earlier this week with a review of the 1954 Series I Land Rover. Today, he's gone a bit more... '80s.
Yes, this is a 1987 Ferrari Testarossa, one of the most vulgar cars from a decade synonymous with vulgar design. While your author might not be keen on its square rear end and cheese-grater doors and fenders, Metcalfe seems to like it quite a bit, giving a detailed walkthrough of his Rosso Corsa subject. That walkthrough includes some time on a subject we can certainly get behind - the TR's flat-12 engine.
Take a look at the latest from Harry's Garage.
Ferrari dominant at high-priced RM Auctions' Monterey event
Sun, 17 Aug 2014Of the 21 multi-million-dollar lots sold over RM Auctions' two-day Monterey event, the top six were Ferraris while the top four were members of the vaunted 275 family. In total, 13 of the 21 seven- and eight-figure entries bore the yellow shield and prancing horse of the Scuderia.
Two cars in particular wowed bidders at the Monterey event - the exceptionally rare Ferrari 275 GTB/C Speciale and a 275 GTB/4 that was originally owned by Hollywood legend Steve McQueen.
The GTB/C Speciale was the first of a three-car run. Ferrari originally planned on campaigning the new range as a GT complement to its prototype entries at Le Mans, although squabbles with the FIA limited its racing career. Still, the extremely rare nature of this car means another example probably won't be coming up for auction for several years. Considering that, the GTB/C's selling price of $26.4 million does make a bit of sense.
