1989 Ferrari 328 GTS.  I purchased this car 3 years ago from a small town outside of Savannah GA.  I know that the previous owner purchased the car from a dealer in south Florida in 2004 and drove it home.  His wife wanted a Ferrari and he bought her one.  The previous owners wife passed and he listed the car for sale.  The car was past due for a major service and I purchased it.   Prior to 2004 I am confident that the car was in Europe.   Money found in the car and Modifications – parking light removal, rear fog lamp all would have been done if in Europe.  I did a full Major service,  New Tires and Engine compartment hoses.   AC Compressor upgraded to a rotary compressor with new receiver drier and expansion valve that works very well in Savannah.   I recently had an issue with the ABS and had to replace the Pressure switch and Accumulator a common issue on the ABS Ferraris.      All the lights work, the wipers, the windows, mirrors.  The climate control mode switch for the pass side does not work.  Never took the time to investigate.  The car has been a real joy to own.   Runs great and drives fabulous.  I truly do not believe the miles.  I am sure it has more than showing on the odometer.

Cosmetically, the paint has its share of chips and scratches for a Ferrari but looks really nice.    The interior looks very good with some light fading in the red carpet and some wear on the driver’s seat.  I only have a sorry reprint of the 1989 Owners Manual as the original could not be found by Dr. I purchased the car from.

Why am I selling:  I have a 930 Turbo coming home soon and I have an 88 Mondial cab that I just got.  The Garage is full and need to make room.   If you want to know more about me click this link and see me driving the car in this video.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3mM9RQIJS8

Please, if you want a perfect car keep looking.  The car is priced accordingly.   If you have any questions please call 912-667-1704 or email.    Joe Frazar

Fast and Furious 7 has resumed filming, and here's proof

Sat, Feb 8 2014

It seems that Fast and Furious 7 is finally back in production. The UAE-based Speeed spotted crews from the movie filming in Abu Dhabi with help from the local police. According to Speeed, the production worked with the constabulary to shut down several roads in the metropolis and simulate a police chase with a Ferrari 458. This is the first real evidence that Fast and Furious 7 is still being made. After production of the flick was suspended in the wake of Paul Walker's death, the future of the film was put in doubt. Then it was announced that the film was being rewritten, and Vin Diesel said that the release date had been pushed back to April 10, 2015. Walker is rumored to still appear in the movie because several of his scenes were completed prior to his passing. Scroll down to watch the scene being filmed, and, if you're a fan of the series, get excited for next year when we can actually see it on the big screen. This content is hosted by a third party. Watch this Ferrari 288 GTO get a top-flight detailing job

Wed, 02 Jan 2013

Detailing was once the last thing we had any interest in doing, and if such a thing were possible we had even less interest in watching someone else detail some other car. We don't feel that way anymore, fascinated by the minutiae uncovered in while watching Todd Cooperider and Polished Bliss detail some examples of Prancing Horses.
Next up on the detailing honor roll is Larry Kosilla of Ammo NYC. Company founder Kosilla said he has wanted to be the best detailer on Earth ever since he was a kid, and his company makes products to serve detailers with that kind of passion. Now, we can watch him put his knowledge and elbow grease to work on a Ferrari 288 GTO.
The biggest issue with the eighties wondercoupe is that it is made of three different materials, each of which will cause the same coat of paint to react differently to the same products according to Kosilla. There's also the fact that he's working in what appears to be a rather poorly lit garage, but by the time he gets to the end of the two-day job it's clear he knows exactly what he's doing. Detailing school begins in the video just below.

Ugar Sahin Design's F is a radical Ferrari 458 in disguise

Wed, 02 Apr 2014

Look, Ferrari, your latest line of cars is arguably the best looking group of prancing stallions since the early 1970s. Even the rather dull California has gotten some attention, thanks to the new California T. But this, the Ferrari F from Ugur Sahin Design, is just better.
Believe it or not, that is based on a 458 Italia. It's like the designer has taken the very best aspects of the Pagani Huayra, Jim Glickenhaus' P4/5 and the Ferrari LaFerrari and combined them into one amazing package. We think it's positively stunning.
Now, obviously, there are some aspects that wouldn't work for a production car. For example, those rear blind spots are probably huge. But when a car looks this good, who really cares? In fact, we'd be willing to designate this Ferrari as the best looking car Ugur Sahin has penned, which is high praise indeed.
