2001 Dodge Viper Rt/10 equipped with a Paxton Supercharger and other associated engine hardware to give this potent vehicle 718 HP. This is not for the tame of heart. This vehicle has always been garaged kept with a cover on it to ensure that is not disturbed. As you can see in the pictures, the vehicle is in excellent condition. Mild wear. Exterior of the vehicle is a 8.5 to a 9, and the interior is 9 to 9.5. Interior was finished in the highly desirable camel color. Only 49 vipers in 2001 had camel interior. Please feel free to email me if you would like to see the vehicle prior to bidding. No TIRE KICKERS. Also, please no ridiculously low bids. I dont need to sell this vehicle, just making space for a possible future buy. Car does come with a salvage title due to a accident on the hood years ago. No air bags went off. Hood was professionally replaced and painted.

Ron Burgundy returns for four more Dodge Durango ads

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

Dodge has released several more of its Anchorman 2-themed commercials, starring Will Ferrell as inept newsreader Ron Burgundy. The four spots, one of which is a sequel to a previous commercial, follow roughly the same pattern as previous ads, with Ferrell's Burgundy misunderstanding or generally making a fool of himself. For some of the ads, though, Burgundy is selling more than just Durangos - the red-suited host of San Diego's most watched news broadcast shilling the entire Dodge lineup.
We've included all four ads down below, and you can also hope over to our original posts to see some of the older commercials. Oh, and if you're getting tired of these - we aren't, aside from the Do-dge spot - just remember that Ferrell reportedly filmed around 70 ads for Dodge.

Custom 2014 Dodge Durango R/T proves SEMA can be subtle

Thu, 07 Nov 2013

The annual SEMA Show in Las Vegas can often be a sensory overload of overwrought madness, with cars that don't even look drivable anymore. But every once in a while, a modestly modified show car graces our presence, like the customized Dodge Durango you see here, which, in addition to giving us our first glimpse at the aftermarket possibilities for the refreshed-for-2014 model, proves that a car doesn't have to be slammed, scooped, donked and Lambo-doored to have presence.
Sure, this Durango has custom hood inserts, dark 22-inch wheels and custom fender flares, but as far as external modifications go, that's it. Inside, Dodge has fitted new door sill guards, an ambient lighting kit, bright pedals, premium floor mats and - of course - Katzkin leather. The automaker has even added wireless internet connectivity as part of the excellent Uconnect infotainment system.
Performance upgrades are minimal on this Durango R/T, which comes packed with Chrysler's 5.7-liter Hemi V8. Larger brakes have been fitted, as have lowering springs (though it certainly doesn't look that much lower) and a custom exhaust.

Dodge shows can-do attitude with grand Can'avan sculpture

Fri, 01 Nov 2013

There are lots of ways to celebrate an important birthday, and all of them are well deserved. You can throw a big party, buy yourself something nice, or - if you're the altruistic type - do something for others in need. The latter is how Chrysler has opted to mark the 30th anniversary of its Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country.
Together with hunger-advocacy organization Canstruction, the Chrysler Foundation has built a full-scale replica of the Grand Caravan out of 30,000 food cans in the square at the corner of Yonge and Dundas in Toronto, a ways down the highway from where the real vans are built in Windsor. The sculpture was built over the course of 10 hours by 30 volunteers and was displayed earlier this week.
Now the installation is being taken down, and the cans of food are being donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank, which will assemble them into 2,000 food baskets to be distributed to those in need through its network of 200 food banks across the Canadian metropolis. Check out a neat time-lapse video of the build and the press release below.
