2007 Dodge Sprinter CRD Van
-121,871 original miles, one owner -CRD model, equipped with 3.0 liter V6 Mercedes Benz turbo diesel, automatic transmission -Van would average 17.5 mpg loaded at 10,000lbs combined vehicle and payload weight. -Includes OSHA screen with pass through door, large tool chest, shelving including drawers, wire rack, and refrigerant cylinder racks by Adrian steel. (as pictured) -Truck runs like a champ, starts easily in cold weather, runs and drives quietly, uses no oil, and the air conditioning blows cold. -Tires are all approximately 30 percent tread remaining -Only damage to the truck is the dent in the bottom of the passengers door, that does not effect the door closing properly, or sealing (road noise, etc..) -Truck was equipped with essentially every power option at the time, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, back up assitant, AM-FM, CD player, cruise control, seats with adjustable lumbar and headrest, MPG calculator, on dash maintenance reminder, remote tire pressure monitoring, as well as steering wheel controls for changing radio stations, volume, viewing vitals and information such as fuel economy, and maintenance information while you are driving. Overall in very clean shape for a 7 year old work van. -Original owners payed $47,000.00 for this van with the accessories as pictured. -Interior, engine compartment, and cargo area is in nice condition for a 7 year old work van, as is the glass, etc. -Please see all pictures for an accurate representation of the true condition of this vehicle. Feel free to ask any questions, as I would like whomever purchases this vehicle to see exactly what they are getting. -Truck taken out of service after visiting dealership and receiving a diagnosis that a repair other than preventative maintenance was needed after the vehicle was schedule to be replaced due to its age. I purchased the vehicle thinking of using the drivetrain for a street rod project I am working on, but just have too many projects at this point. This would be an excellent truck to make several repairs to, and put back into service for many years. The condition of the vehicle is nice overall, and it includes all of the tool storage and shelving options someone would need to use it without any additional investment. I drove this vehicle from the dealership when I purchased it, and therefor can represent its issues as accurately as possible. Was being used every day until late last fall. -Includes original owners manual, and 2 sets of key fob style remote keyless entry keys THE BAD NEWS -The truck has a fault code for the brake force distribution, which prevents the operator from driving the vehicle beyond second gear. -The rear door latch is missing the lower striker plate, was borrowed off this vehicle to keep an active vehicle in the fleet rolling. both of these issues could be easily rectified, and the truck returned to active service. This is very low mileage for the powertrain in one of these vehicles, most commonly making it in excess of 300,000 miles. |

2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Drivers' Notes | Wide awake
Fri, Sep 21 2018Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore — I've always wondered how Dodge would evolve the Challenger. There was only one real generation, not counting the rebadged Mitsubishi. Past and present, it's always looked the same. With the Hellcat, Demon, and now my personal favorite, the Hellcat Redeye Widebody, it makes total sense. There's no need to redesign it every few years. Just tweak it and add cool features — like flared fenders and the 797-hp Hellcat engine. It's all you need. This thing makes a statement. The Redeye is the car your neighbors want a ride in. I parked in our office building's basement, and co-workers heard me gunning the engine — two stories up. It's a growl. It has bass. It's angry. It gets a little metallic sometimes, depending on how and when you lay on the gas. I launched fairly hard at every traffic light. Sometimes I'd rev at idle. The Monroney that came with our test car lists the fuel economy as zero (it actually gets 13 city and a respectable 22 highway). But still. You get the point. I've always liked how the Challenger drives. It's big. It's heavy. The hood looks like the deck of an aircraft carrier. It's not trying to be a track rat. Go fast in a straight line. That's what you do. Take a hard left and maybe you skid a little bit. Maybe that's the idea. You don't eat cheeseburgers because they're good for you. You eat them because they taste good. Hey, cheeseburgers have protein. And vitamins. Healthy isn't the right description, but there are some benefits. The same reasoning applies to this Challenger. The interior is attractive, well-furnished and comfortable. The leather-trimmed seats are supportive. I love the saddle brown color. I used to say the coupe's low roof and bulky A-pillars were a problem. Then I got over that. You're driving nearly 800 hp, so sit up and be on your toes. The trunk is huge, too. I could have put a car seat in the back, had I needed to. You can live with the Challenger. And the Redeye is perhaps the best version yet. The starting price is about $60 grand. That's a steal. The price of our tester is $92,290. That's insane. The $6,000 widebody pack is the thing I'd recommend most out of all the options. Get the nice leather, too. This content is hosted by a third party. Dodge gives 2015 Viper slight power increase, new GT model
Tue, 02 Sep 2014With its troubling sales figures, the newly rechristened SRT Dodge Viper needs to come out swinging for 2015. To do that, Dodge has made a number of tweaks and changes that will hopefully carry the V10-powered sports car into more successful days.
First up for 2015 is a new GT model, which aims to marry the reasonable price of the base car with the adjustable suspension and trick stability control program of the GTS model. The GT also sports a cabin that's covered in Alcantara suede and Nappa leather as standard.
Also new for 2015 is the SRT TA 2.0 Special Edition, which expands on last year's Viper TA by adding new aerodynamic bits and bobs, including a larger rear wing, which ups downforce at 150 miles per hour from 278 pounds to 400 pounds.
2019 Ram 1500 features an updated Ram's head badge
Fri, Jan 19 2018Full-size truck owners love to make a statement. That's how we've arrived at the mile-high grilles, acres of chrome and belt buckle-esque badging you'll find on trucks like the Chevy Silverado, Ford F-150 and Nissan Titan. The new 2019 Ram 1500 made its debut this week at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show. While the sheetmetal and grille are the most obvious visual changes, the ram's head badge quietly got a modern redesign. At first glance, it appears to be the same badge that's graced Dodge and Ram vehicles for decades. Look closely and you'll see that this new one is all squared off, ditching all the curves for straight edges. It looks chiseled rather than carved and is a far cry from the detailed Ram's head that made a debut back in 1981. It also incorporates the new "RAM" lettering that replaced the crosshair in the truck's grille. View 4 Photos Little things like this do a lot to keep a vehicle fresh. Dodge seems to be the only automaker capable of changing logos anymore. Ford and Chevy are stuck with the blue oval and bowtie, so why not take advantage of a newer nameplate?
