I am not sure why the vehicle report for this truck is saying 2 owners. I am the original and only owner of this truck. I have the brochure, sales documents and extended warranty documents for the truck, showing its miles when purchased it new off the showroom floor from the Dodge dealer, which I can show a buyer. This is a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 (1 Ton) SLT, Quad Cab Diesel, 4 Door 4 X 4, with the Sports Package, and only has 59900 Miles. This truck is a good sound truck, mostly highway miles, a little light duty off road getting in and out of jobs, and plowing our snow, no mud bogging or abuse etc. I am the original owner of the truck; however I drove it mostly, as well as my workers, this was not a rental truck, we used it for deliveries and plowing our snow. I never let my guys or anyone smoke in my ruck, and kept towels on the seats all the time to help reduce on ware and tare and getting dirty, and kept carpet film on the floorboard and floor mats, plus I kept a drip mat on the floorboard. The seats are in good condition with no defects or damage, same for the head liner. The body is in good condition, no rust on the floorboard or rocker panels, and never has been wrecked. I maintained an extended factory warranty on this truck from when it was new, because we work under Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) regulations, and for liability reasons, so I always kept the truck maintained to legal factory standards. This sale will include the beacon and steel rack on the bed. Included will be a 7.5 foot steel Meyers snow plow with in cab touch pad controls, for up, down and angling the plow, included is a trailer hitch salt spreader capable of holding 800 to 1000 lbs., with variable speed controls in the cab. The salt spreader is about 7 years old and is an imperial brand, it’s capable of spreading sand, sinders, lime stone chips and salt, it has an auger in the hopper and a vibrator to keep material flowing, and the motor was replace new about 3 years ago. It has variable speed controls for the vibrator and the spreader wheel that spread material. The things I like most about this truck is the Cummings Diesel engine and its power and good fuel mileage, and the engine exhaust break. This truck has more than enough power. I never modified the engine or any part of the truck in any way, which would have voided the warranty. The truck is maintained to factory specifications for warranty and D.O.T. regulations reasons and all components work. Other feature options that are nice is, power sliding back window, power windows, power door locks and seats, power and heated trailer mirrors that fold out, with spot mirrors, A C, fold down back seats with bunches of storage compartments, factory bed liner, just to name a few. If you take this truck and have any problems, I will do the repair for you if you bring it back to my maintenance facility within 10 days or 400 miles, whichever comes first, and I will fix it. Any repair will not exceed 500.00 total cost for parts and labor combined. This will not cover for damage, abuse or neglect. This is not a warranty. This is just a reassurance that the truck is in very good condition, and ready to go, that if a little glitch pops up, I will repair it in shop here at a maximum cost of 500.00. 500.00 of assurance is better than none. I am not a car dealer, just a service provider for the area, and we do our maintenance and repairs here. The engine, transmission, 4 wheel drive, and rear-ends are all working very well, as well as the electrical system. In addition, the snow plow and salt spreader works well with all functions to. This truck is work ready and able to work for you to make money. Below is the new sticker I had from when I bought the truck new, I will include a picture of the sticker to give you more detail. The snow plow cost me another 4,400.00 when the truck was new, plus I build and put the rack and beacon on it too, this is a square tubing rack, and will hold up, unlike factory purchased racks or similar, it has a bar that goes on the back so you can haul latter’s and such, it has the Mopar molded mud flaps and step rails too. All in all, I have about 56,400.00 in this truck when it was new. 2007 Ram 3500 SLT Quad Cab 4x4 Serial # 3D7MX38A67G780559 Base Price 35,575.00 2007 Ram 3500 SLT Quad Cab 4x4 Exterior Color – Mineral Gray Metallic Clear Coat Paint Interior Color- Medium Slate Gray Interior: Cloth 40/20/40 Premium Bench Seat Front Center Seat Cushion Storage Engine: 6.7 Liter Cummins ® Turbo Diesel Engine Transmission- 6 speed automatic 68 RFE transmissions Standard Equipment Functional/Safety Features Next Generation Multistage Front Air Bags Anti-lock 4 wheel Disc Brake Manual Shift on the fly Transfer Case Power Steering Front Stabilizer Bar 136- Ampere Alternator 35-Gallon Fuel Tank Variable Intermittent Windshield Wipers Sentry Key ® Theft Deterrent System Interior Features Air conditioning 4-spoke Steering Wheel Tilt Steering Column Speed Control Power Windows w/ Driver’s one Touch Power Locks Remote Keyless Entry Instrument Cluster with Tachometer Passenger Side sun Visor with Mirror Overhead Console with Trip Computer Optional Equipment Mineral Gray Metallic Clear Coat Paint 150.00 Customer Preferred Package 2 FL 1,890.00 YES essential ® Stain /Odor Resistant Fabric Clothe Bucket Seats Sport Badge Sport Instrument Panel Bezel Power 6-Way Driver’s Seat Rear 60/40 Split folding Seat Electric Shift on the fly Part –time transfer Case Fog Lamps Leather wrapped steering wheel Folding Flat Load Floor Body color Grille Body Color Rear Bumper with Step Pads Body Color Front Fascia Premium Equipment Group Glove Box Lamp 270.00 Ashtray Lamp Sun Visor with illuminated Vanity Mirrors Front Dome Lamp with on/off switch Under hood Lamp Automatically – Dimming Rearview Mirror 6 Speed Automatic 68 RFE Transmissions 1,575.00 Anti-spin Differential Rear Axle 325.00 6.7 Liter Cummings ® Turbo Diesel 6,100.00 Overhead Console w/trip computer and E-info center Tow Hooks 750 Ampere Maintenance Free Battery Rear Power Sliding Window 295.00 Foldaway power trailer tow mirrors 100.00 Clearance Lamps 80.00 Diesel Exhaust Brake MSRB Value 495.00 Bed liner 290.00 Side step rails 650.00 Mopar mud flaps 135.00 Auto-Armor – interior stain prevention treatment Auto-Armor – exterior environmental damage protection AM/FM Stereo Radio w/in dash 6 disc CD/MP3 player XM Radio and integrated telephone, 7 Infinity Speakers 1,025.00 Steering wheel mounted audio controls Destination charges 900.00 Bluetech Ultra Clean Diesel System 995.00 Includes High Capacity EGR Diesel Oxidation Catalyst particulate Filter and NOx Storing Catalyst Meets 2010, 50 state Emissions Bed liner 299.00 Step rails 650.00 Total price 50,309.00 Snow plow 4,400.00 Bed rack and beacon 425.00 Grand total of truck new 55,134.00

The Dodge Demon gets a Drag Mode and a lesson in Newtonian physics
Thu, Feb 23 2017It's Thursday morning, which means we have more news on the upcoming Dodge Demon, the pumped-up Challenger Hellcat variant that's looking to cause mayhem at a drag strip near you. This week's video, "Third Law," shows the Demon's revised suspension in action and displays another one of SRT's cryptic messages. Dodge claims that the 6.2-liter supercharged Hemi V8 in the Hellcat twins is compromised because it's fitted to a car that needs to be comfortable on the street in addition to a performer on the drag strip. Not so with the Demon, as Dodge says the car is "designed to be highly competent in all drive modes and configurations," including the all-new Drag Mode. Dodge says details about the new mode will trickle out over the next few weeks, but all the info this week focused on suspension. The "Third Law" in this week's title refers to Isaac Newton and motion: "When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first body." We're not sure what Newton would have thought seeing the sidewall wrinkling Nitto NT05R drag radials in action, but he'd probably have a reaction of some sort himself. An ideal suspension setup for the drag strip makes for a poor setup on the road. As Dodge puts it, the "old school" way to set up a drag car was to "get the quickest reacting springs upfront, the softest rebound front shocks that wouldn't restrict the springs' reaction, remove any restrictions (sway bar) and increase the compression of the rear shocks." This would give a car great front to rear weight transfer but made for very poor lateral direction control, meaning minor corrections were difficult. The Demon's Drag Mode will use electronics to give the car the best combination of launch and lateral stability. Dodge listed some of the parts to help aid in this goal. They also gave us a few equations that we can't make sense of. Let us know if you have any clues. Hardware: 35 percent lower rate front springs/28 percent lower rate rear springs 75 percent lower rate hollow front sway bar/44 percent lower rate rear sway bar Drag-tuned Bilstein Adaptive Damping Shocks Software: Rear = F/F and Front = F/S F/F – F/S maintained @ wide open throttle (WOT) F/F – F/F < WOT Traction control disabled/ESC maintained Result: 13.5=575@500 Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. Dodge not being dropped by Chrysler, CEO reaffirms
Mon, 16 Sep 2013Dodge isn't going anywhere. Despite some rumor and speculation over the future of the crosshair grille and the cars that wear it, Dodge brand boss, Tim Kuniskis, sat down with TheDetroitBureau.com, explaining that the marque isn't going anywhere. His sentiments echo those of SRT boss Ralph Gilles, who told a group of enthusiasts in July that "Dodge is here to stay!"
Dodge's death won't be "a part of a master plan to consolidate brands," Kuniskis told TheDetroitBureau.com. Instead, the brand, which is ultimately under the command of Fiat/Chrysler CEO, Sergio Marchionne, will likely ditch some of its badge-engineered models, like the Dodge Grand Caravan. A more focused Dodge, which was something Gilles has already hinted at, will likely see it exploring areas of the market that haven't been exploited by other Chrysler brands.
Kuniskis, not surprisingly, wasn't willing to delve into any detailed product plans, telling TDB that the size of the brand's lineup "remains to be seen." Regardless of how big the brand actually ends up being (it is presently Chrysler's volume brand - and not by a little), hopefully the statements from Kuniskiss can put the rumors of a Dodge closure to bed.
Dodge Demon exorcised by Rhys Millen in new video
Tue, Aug 15 2017When you call your car something like the Demon, it provides plenty of opportunity to play around with the name Í— especially when said car has 840 horsepower directed to the rear wheels. Pennzoil is doing just that in the above video, called "Exorcising the Demon." In it, Rhys Millen tears up the streets of Pittsburgh at night in a black and yellow Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, smoking tires, popping wheelies and breaking the rear end loose in massive drifts around corners. He even pulls a pretty hairy 360. It's certainly a lot different sort of driving from the straight-line drag-strip experience for which the Dodge Demon was purpose-built. At the end of the video, Millen parks the car below a gargoyle, whose eyes briefly glow a menacing red. Millen sends a text message saying "The Demon is back in its place." The response: "Das good. How are you in the Ring?" (Hmm.) Then the clip ends, and we're told the story will be continued. If you don't want to wait for more cinematic Demon action, you can check out Pennzoil's behind-the-scenes video, called, "Unleashing Unprecedented Power." In it, we get to see more angles of the stunt driving, hear about the production, and, of course, get a plug for Pennzoil: This content is hosted by a third party. Pennzoil also offers a few other Dodge Demon videos, one about the car's development, one about its performance, and a third focused on Pennzoil Synthetics. Earlier this year, Pennzoil also did a similar video series to bid farewell to the Dodge Viper.
