2003 Dodge RAm 2500 Turbo Diesel, 6 speed, 2 wheel Drive, Long Bed, Standard Cab. This truck is ready for whatever you want to do: 4 inch Custom Exhaust, K & N Air Filter, heavy duty leaf springs with helper springs, tool box, tow package with electric brake and 7 prong and 4 prong plugs. Pioneer Stereo with Sirrus, MP3 and hands free phone with microphone....new rockford speakers: $800.00, New Clutch kit, Front Main and Rear Seal, Brakes and Rotors. rear wheel seals replaced. Drive Shaft rebuilt. new Batteries, Alternator, water Pump. All fluids replaced and flushed with Synthetic. New Firestone Tires and alignment, new Rack and Pinion. The truck has never been wrecked...it has a ding or two and a small dent in the passenger side bed and the rear bumper. I had the driver side seat cusion recovered and the lumbar replaced. This truck has NO leaks and uses NO oil or fluids. Right now I'm averaging 23.7 miles per gallon. The only issues are the dash is cracked (all Dodges have this problem) and the passenger side power window switch doesn't work but you can roll up and down from the driver side. THIS TRUCK IS IN PERFECT MECHANICAL CONDITION! This is NOT a $5000.00 truck....in the last 2 years I've put over $10,000 into maintaining this truck. I would consider trading on a Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe or a Street Glide.....WILL NOT TRADE FOR ANYTHING ELSE PERIOD!!!!!!!!!! NHTSA probing Ram recall pace, communication
Tue, 28 Oct 2014The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced that it's looking into Chrysler Group's handling of a pair of recalls affecting roughly one million Ram pickup trucks. Reuters is reporting that the regulatory agency is focusing on the availability (or lack thereof) of parts and "poor communications" from the automaker in its investigation.
"Customers have been advised in accordance with the regulations governing recalls," Chrysler spokesman Eric Mayne told Reuters via email. "We are continually replenishing our supply of replacement parts. Chrysler Group regrets any inconvenience our customers may have experienced."
NHTSA disagrees, arguing that the recalls, which affect 972,000 trucks from 2003 to 2012, are being delayed by the lack of parts.

Dodge Charger R/T NHRA Funny Car is ready to burn rubber at SEMA [w/video]
Wed, 05 Nov 2014The Dodge Charger R/T is all set to rocket down the drag strip in NHRA Funny Car competition with a completely redesigned body debuting at this year's SEMA Show. While only the front decal, side scallops and rear logo really signal this racer as a Charger, that doesn't take away from its promise of hitting absolutely ludicrous speeds.
The engineers' biggest tweak to the body was moving the cockpit further back. This created more clearance under the hood, and the change came with added advantage of giving the driver better visibility out of the car. Composites like Kevlar also helped make the one-piece shell even lighter, while not sacrificing strength.
The new design has already undergone extensive time in the wind tunnel and real-world runs to make sure that none of the changes negatively impacted the aerodynamics. With those tests out of the way, the Charger R/T Funny Car will have the first chance to truly prove itself in NHRA competition at the 2015 Winternationals from February 5-9 at Auto Club Raceway in Pomona, CA.
