2020 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock is the most expensive Challenger available

Last month, the 2020 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock was announced as the most powerful Challenger on sale since the Demon. It packed a lot of Demon tech, too. Now we have pricing for it, and it also boasts the biggest price tag of any Challenger. The SRT Super Stock is technically an option package for the SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody, and the package costs $3,000. Add in the base price of the Hellcat Redeye Widebody and the destination charge, and you get a final price of $81,090. As we've covered before, the Super Stock does get a horsepower boost and a bunch of Demon goodies. Power is cranked up to 807 horses, and it gets a later-shifting automatic and the Hellcat Redeye's optional 3.09:1 limited-slip rear differential. The suspension has been tweaked to optimize rear traction at launch, and it gets 18-inch wheels with drag radial tires from the factory. All this allows the Super Stock do the quarter mile in 10.5 seconds, according to Dodge. Production starts this fall. Super Stocks will be on dealer lots sometime after. Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango to lose color options temporarily

In the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Dodge Durango? Well, if you fancy a more expressive color for your new SUV, you'd better get your order in, or plan on waiting until well into 2015.
The SUVs will be limited to just four monochromatic shades - black, white, silver and gray - until at least February, thanks to an upgrade to the paint shop at the two vehicles' Jefferson North factory. For the Grand Cherokee, that means it's losing more than half its color palette while the Durango is dropping two-thirds of its color catalog.
The loss of colors is inconvenient, but the upgrade will have a slightly bigger effect on the overall supply of SUVs, as Chrysler will need to end its relentless build pace at the factory for a three-week shutdown starting on December 22. The good news for fans of the SUVs is that once the work is completed, we should see a gradual expansion of the color palettes for both the Durango and Grand Cherokee, beyond even what's offered now.

All-wheel-drive Dodge Challenger GT confirmed by EPA website

The US Environmental Protection Agency accidentally confirmed the upcoming Dodge Challenger GT by posting fuel economy figures for the all-wheel-drive variant of the muscle car. According to FuelEconomy.gov, the Challenger GT, which will come with the 3.6-liter V6 when it's released, is rated to get 18 miles per gallon in the city and 27 miles per gallon on the highway, giving the vehicle a combined rating of 21 miles per gallon. Those figures are slightly lower than the rear-wheel-drive Challenger with the same engine, which gets 19 miles per gallon in the city and 30 miles per gallon on the highway. While previous reports indicated that Dodge is planning to release the all-wheel-drive Challenger GT sometime in 2017, the automaker hasn't confirmed the vehicle. With the EPA putting out the car's official fuel economy figures, the all-wheel-drive muscle car is definitely coming, and should be here before the entire Challenger lineup gets its expected redesign in 2018. And yes, we're still hopeful that the so-called Challenger ADR we saw in spy photos means we'll see all wheel drive and Hellcat power. Because Hellcat everything. Related Video:
