Dodge Mega Cab in excellent condition.  This extra clean truck has been smoke-free and no dogs or other animals inside.  I have the clear title in hand.  The bed liner, the bedrails, the running boards and the toolbox were installed right after I purchased it brand new.  I am the only owner and it is an awesome truck.  The fifth-wheel hitch was installed in 2010 when we bought an RV.  We sold the RV after 6000 miles of touring with it.  The oil changes and other maintenance have been conducted on a regular basis.   There are no stains, rips, or damage to the interior and only the expected rock chips in the paint for a truck with 72,000 miles.  The original tires are ready to be replaced with the tire of your choice.  The spare has never been taken out of the carrier.  The tires had the air replaced with nitrogen three or four years ago.  It has never been involved in an accident.  The four wheel drive has only been called upon a couple of times.  Although I bought tire chains for my trip to Cloudcroft, NM and to the state of Washington, they were never used and you can have them in the original box.  Power windows and door locks, power driver's seat and electric brake for the towing package. The sliding back glass is power operated and everything including the factory AM/FM CD player works perfectly.  See the photo of the original window sticker for a complete list of options on this truck.  Original List Price was $48,345.

After retiring from public school teaching I bought a stump grinder and this big sexy beast of a truck to pull it.  When we bought the fourteen thousand pound RV, we were pleased that it was pulled easily with plenty of power to spare.  The truck is located in Conroe, Texas.  Call me(Dave) on my cell phone 936-232-4759 anytime during daylight hours.  No trades or finance.

What does Jeep have cooking with this stretched Cherokee?

Mon, Feb 15 2016

Chrysler has been spotted testing what appears to be a stretched Jeep Cherokee prototype. Which seems odd, considering that Jeep already makes a Grand Cherokee, and that's an entirely different model. The question then is just what the company has in the works here. We don't know for sure – but we do have some ideas. We're anticipating a new Grand Wagoneer to serve as the brand's flagship model, but stretching the Cherokee's wheelbase to leapfrog the Grand Cherokee's would take more than eight inches – and stretching a "compact" platform to get there wouldn't seem to make a lot of sense. Alternatively Jeep could be looking to wedge a new model into its lineup in between the Cherokee and Grand Cherokee, potentially offering a third row of seats and wearing the Wagoneer name - sans the "Grand" - as part of a new range of seven-seaters. Just what the point would be, however, when the Dodge Durango already offers three rows based on the same platform as the Grand Cherokee, is a bit of a mystery. Another possibility is that it's not a Jeep at all, but rather a Dodge. The brand is in need of a replacement for the current Journey, and we're also waiting to see what FCA does to replace the Grand Cherokee since it unveiled the Chrysler Pacifica to replace the Town and Country. More of a crossover approach could take the Cherokee's Compact US Wide (CUSW) platform as its starting point, but stretched like this prototype to offer more space. Whatever it is, we're sure this won't be the last we'll have seen of it, so watch this space. Related Video:

2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon | First Run at Lucas Oil Raceway

Thu, Jul 13 2017

We drove the Dodge 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon this week. Not very far, mind you, but fast. We can't tell you all about it just yet, but we can show you what it looks and sounds like to launch it down the drag strip at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis. Thanks for watching, and come back on Wednesday, July 19, to read all about our experience behind the wheel of the Dodge Demon.

The Dodge Demon's massive hood scoop sucks air like a jet intake

Thu, Feb 9 2017

You know what they say about cars with big hood scoops? They usually hide big blowers. At least that's the case with the Dodge Demon and its 45-inch wide hood scoop, the largest ever fitted to a factory production car. The fifth Demon teaser, "Forced Induction," shows off the increased capacity of the car's air intake and the resurrection of the Air Grabber hood scoop on Dodge's upcoming quarter-mile killer. View 4 Photos As with previous teasers, few details have been given outside of the Subaru-trouncing scoop's dimensions. Dodge says the scoop drops air inlet temperatures by more than 30 degrees. Where the more pedestrian Hellcat only has one air catcher headlight, both inner lights on the Demon are used to feed in air. The hood itself appears to channel air in and to the right into a new airbox that appears to be fitted with a K&N-style filter. Dodge seems intent on preventing any asthma issues with the new car. Standing in front of the car might literally take your breath away. Outside of that, the images don't show any new cryptic messages like previous teasers, or at least none that we can spot. One thing we did notice was that the engine block appears to be painted red, not orange like on the Hellcat. Doing some back and forth comparison also shows that the supercharger appears to be the same size as the current one. Of course, this is all speculative, so if you spot anything, drop a note in the comments. Related Video:
