2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7l V8 SLT Single Cab Truck. The vehicle is in
very good condition considering it is 7 years old. It also has very low mileage
(49,900) but will slightly change from day to day since it is my daily driver.
It has been a great vehicle to own and fun to drive, but I am looking for
something a little newer. I have installed a few add-ons to the truck. This
list includes:
Performance/Fuel mileage: Superchips Flashpaq Tuner (#3842) Cold Air Intake Yukon 4.56 gears Powertrax Lock Right Differential Locker Gibson Shorty Headers Magnaflow Muffler Custom exhaust (exits in front of passenger side rear tire) 4” Chrome Tip McGaughys 2/4.5 lowering kit Nitro Drop 2 Shocks (on all 4 tires) Ported/Polished Throttle Body Other add-ons: Planet Audio 7” touchscreen headunit Reverse Camera wired into the headunit (turns on while in reverse) OEM Double din bezel (so the headunit would fit) Projector Halo Headlights LED Taillights Projector Halo Fog lights Chrome Billet Grille Chrome Billet Lower Grille Insert Chrome Mirror Covers Chrome Door Handle Covers Chrome Gas Tank Door with lock Tailgate Lock 3 Gauge A-Pillar GlowShift Transmission Temp Gauge GlowShift Boost Gauge GlowShift Narrowband AFR Gauge Falken Ziex S/TZ-04 265/70/17 tires (with approx. 5,000 miles on them) 600 watt wiring kit installed Tinted windows Pictures show there is a tool box in the back of the bed. It will not be included in the sale of the truck. JL Audio Amp and Subwoofer also not included. I had originally wanted to turbo the truck so that is why it has a boost gauge. I was also unaware that I needed a wideband afr gauge to correctly read the afr, so I accidentally purchased the narrowband kind. The narrowband works, but it does not read anything since it is the wrong gauge. Tires still have a lot of tread left on them. Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle. If you have any questions or would like to know more, contact Jake at #580-471-7308. If I do not answer your call, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for looking.

Corvette Z06 and Viper TA square off at the strip
Wed, Jan 21 2015There are many long-standing grudge matches among automobiles: 911 vs GT-R, Mustang vs Camaro, Ferrari vs Lamborghini... but as far as high-end American metal goes, it doesn't get much more legendary than Viper vs 'Vette. So after Chevy released the new Corvette Z06, we knew it was only a matter of time before it would have to square off against the Viper TA. And what better place to pit these two parallel pillars of American performance than on the drag strip? Fortunately that's just what we have here. In one corner, the 2014 Dodge Viper TA, with its 8.4-liter V10 pumping out 640 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque. In the other, the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, the supercharger on its 6.2-liter V8 more than making up for the discrepancy in displacement and cylinder count to produce 650 hp and just as much torque. But numbers don't tell the whole story, so watch the video clip to see which reaches the end of the quarter-mile first. Dodge Charger Pursuit takes Tesla interior approach
Fri, Sep 11 2015A police car's computer is just as integral to its duties as a set of lights and sirens. The popular approach for these systems is to grab something like a Panasonic Toughbook laptop, add a big, bulky tray to hold it, and use this inelegant setup for running plates and doing all the other things a cop needs to do while on the road. The downside, besides simple aesthetics, is that this arrangement robs the officer's shotgun-riding partner from legroom. Dodge, though, has come up with a far more elegant and functional solution. Taking a page out of Tesla and Volvo's book, Dodge has replaced the five-inch UConnect display and laptop mount in the Charger Pursuit police car with an enormous 12.1-inch, portrait-format touchscreen display. Called, UConnect 12.1, the new system doesn't do away with the old fashioned computer outright. Instead it moves the bulky unit to the trunk, where it can connect to the display via an ethernet cable. This is good for multiple reasons. First, there are no pricey installation or upfitting charges, like there are for most laptop carriages. Secondly, the plug-and-play nature of the new UConnect system won't require the department to buy new laptops. And third, there's no need to retrain officers, since the only thing that's really changing is the input. While the Charger Pursuit will continue to offer redundant audio and HVAC controls, the 12.1-inch display can, at the press of a "button" split to display Fiat Chrysler's familiar 8.4-inch display. Make one more tap on the screen, and the police-issue laptop can be managed through the full touchscreen. The touchscreen will also display a menu bar at the top of the page, which can easily be edited by officers. All it takes is a simple drag and drop from the application menu to the top of the display. According to Dodge, the touchscreen will even play nice when its operator is wearing gloves. "As America's high-performance police vehicle, Dodge Charger Pursuit is going big for 2016, offering a massive, Uconnect touchscreen system that streamlines a law enforcement officer's computer system with our easy-to-use Uconnect system – on an all-new laptop-sized 12.1-inch touchscreen display," said Tim Kuniskis, Dodge and SRT's president and CEO.
