transmission, pending an inspection by a independent auto technician (the buyer of the vehicle pays for the inspection of the vehicle in question of a catatstrophic failure and the seller chooses the independent auto technician who will perform the inspection) who's conclusion is that the engine or transmission has had a total catatstrophic failure. If a total catatstrophic failure has been determined by the independent auto technician to have happened within the first 24 hrs. of the buyer purchasing the vehicle. The seller will refund the money used to purchase the vehicle back to the buyer minus the $500 deposit.
