1991 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 W-250 5.9 Cummins 5 speed manual. Regular cab; Hard to find 1st generation diesel
Willing to sell my 1991 Dodge W-250 Reg. cab 4x4 12v 5.9 Cummins turbo diesel with Getrag 5 speed manual trans. Leaks NO Fluids, transmission is tight and shifts perfectly with NO grinding or noise . Previous owner had trans and transfer case freshened around 30k mi ago. Has heavy duty king pin axles and steering is tight. Truck has no mechanical issues and will go anywhere. (Just returned from MD.) All tires have 90% tread. These first gen. trucks are extremely hard to find in this condition. Truck has ac, but I haven't charged it. Truck sounds and drives great, always cranked the first turn, and has never left me walking. Pulls like a Peterbilt. Clutch does not slip. Parking brake works. Has 2-5" chrome stacks that are functional - stock exhaust inc w/sale. The only cosmetic issues are driver door panel and headliner are missing, as is rear step bumper. Currently in red primer. Speedometer needs cable, I just use a gps. Adult owned and driven, this has not been a mud truck. The only reason for selling is I need a tandem axle Peterbilt to pull logs with. If you have any questions please ask. Reserve set at best current local offer. Must be paid in full within 72 hrs. Truck is for sale locally so auction may end early. I will not ship, but will work with your hauler. Truck is over 10 years old so mileage exempt. Bid only to win-serious bidders only. Located in York SC 29745. This is a good dependable truck, and I know what its worth.

Dodge Challenger ADR prototypes spied with massive rubber
Mon, Oct 3 2016In an effort to give the Dodge Challenger one last hurrah before making the switch to the Giorgio platform in 2018, Automotive News reports that the automaker will come out with the Challenger ADR. The ADR, which stands for American Drag Racer, is expected to be a wide-body, Hellcat-powered variant that is closely based off of the current model. The report seems to have merit, as photographers have captured Challenger prototypes testing with massive tires. The prototypes look extremely similar to the current Challenger SRT Hellcat with the same hood scoop, front fascia design, rear spoiler construction, and rear end. The white and purple vehicles, though, are wearing extremely wide tires. The extra-wide rubber on the prototypes appear to have a similar tread design as the ones found on the Dodge Viper ACR, which features the grippy Kumho Ecsta V720. While the ACR wears 295 mm tires at the front, the car's rear tires are massive at 355 mm. The tires found on the prototype don't appear to be as large as the ones found on the ACR, but are expected to be larger than the current Challenger SRT Hellcat's, which are Pirelli P Zero Neros measuring 275 mm at all four corners. The Challenger ADR, with its wider, stickier tires is expected to cater to drivers that are looking to put all of the supercharged 6.2-liter V8's power to the ground. The rear-wheel-drive ADR is expected to come with a wide-body kit, which is missing from the prototypes. The Hellcat-powered, wide-body Challenger ADR is expected to make an appearance later in 2017, with an all-wheel-drive model (sans Hellcat engine) known as the GT AWD following closely thereafter. Here's your chance to vote for the best-looking state police cruiser
Thu, Jul 18 2019Across the country, state police generally drive the same types of vehicles. Right now, the most common cruisers are Ford Explorers, Chevrolet Tahoes, and Dodge Chargers, with some exceptions sprinkled in. The differentiation comes through in the livery, which can range from simplistic badging to busy stripes. Each year, the American Association of State Troopers (AAST) holds a fun contest to determine which state has the coolest-looking cars, and 2019 voting has just opened. We discovered the contest after Motor1 posted about the Florida Highway Patrol's newest addition to its fleet, a Dodge Challenger R/T. The musclemobile is, without question, the coolest car in the competition, and it might have the best livery too. But that doesn't mean it's going to win, as contests like this often turn into hotbeds for chest-beating homers. The AAST is posting results on Facebook, and as of July 17, 2019, Kentucky and Nebraska are blowing the rest of the states out of the water. Florida is in ninth place with 4,653 votes compared to first-place Kentucky's 14,699. New Jersey is in last place with only 107 votes. As the internet goes, this will likely be determined by how many times the contest is shared across social media. The Challenger isn't the only eye candy, either. Not every state participated, but those that did came correct with the photography, including Nebraska posing its car in front of a freakin' tornado. Others staged their cars with helicopters in the background, some set the car in front of the gorgeous landscapes their states have to offer, and others posed with dogs. Because who doesn't love dogs? No matter which car wins, it's cool to see the various designs all in one place. Check out the gallery above and vote for your favorite on the AAST's survey. The survey will close on July 30, 2019. Â
