2006 Dodge Magnum SRT8 I am the second owner of the vehicle and purchased it approximately one year ago. I am selling due to my fianc? expecting a baby and she doesn't feel safe with me driving a baby around in a 580HP Magnum (even though it is a station wagon). The original owner invested approximately $20k (just in parts, not install) in to the motor alone. The car was run at the track on 4-5 different occasions by the previous owner (regrettably none by me) with a best time of 11.57 at 122MPH on drag radials. I do not have the time slip for it but have a video of it running an 11.88 after the supercharger install (bad video but you can see the time and that it beats a Corvette). Modifications:
I drove the car 40-60 miles per week and never had an issue with it. It can be used as a daily driver but I wouldn't recommend it with the drag radials as they are horrible in the rain. The car is a blast to drive and will turn heads everywhere. Nobody expects the sound it makes to be coming from a station wagon. I can't pull in to a gas station without someone stopping to ask questions about it (FYI still gets 12-13MPG around town and 16-17MPG highway). I have additional pictures and sound clips if needed. I can text or email them if you provide your information. It definitely hurts selling the car, but it definitely will not hurt me as much as it did the previous owner. Everything he did the vehicle is top notch and done by professionals. All receipts that were given to me are still in the center console where they were left by the previous owner. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I work midnights so my response may be a little delayed. Buyer is responsible for pick-up but I am willing to help.

The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon will come with a crate full of goodies
Thu, Feb 2 2017Dodge released its latest trailer for the upcoming 2018 Challenger SRT Demon, and it's all about the extra stuff that comes with the car. Each Demon will be delivered with a custom-painted crate, complete with metal serial tag with the car's VIN and the name of the owner. Inside the crate are 18 items, which will help make the Demon a dual-purpose vehicle. The company says that "each customer can decide at the time of order, or once they own the car, or even at a moment's notice that they want their car to favor street performance, drag strip performance, or something in between." Dodge announced that the crate contains matching spare wheels and Demon-branded tools. In the trailer, we can see some of the tools, including a jack, impact gun, socket wrench, and a tire-pressure gauge. We imagine that part of the plan is that owners can have an extra set of tires, perhaps some even stickier drag slicks, and have everything on hand to swap them out quickly. Dodge also revealed that it will include a "Demon Track Pack System" and "Direct Connection Demon Performance Parts." These items present more of a mystery, since the trailer only shows the wheels and tools. One of the official images (pictured above) shows the crate opened up, and what may be portions of a racing harness. So the Demon may include some safety parts that could be installed or removed to make it safe on track, or comfortable on the street for the driver and passengers. Chrysler slows minivan production, hasn't built VW Routan this year
Wed, 13 Mar 2013Chrysler has slowed production of its Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans this week, Automotive News reports. The Windsor, Ontario plant will cut its three shifts from eight hours each to four hours each in an effort "to align production with market demand," a Chrysler spokesperson told AN. Chrysler also builds the closely related Routan minivan for Volkswagen at its Ontario facility, but has not built a single example thus far in 2013.
Sales of Chrysler's minivans fell 15 percent for the first two months of 2013, and a large part of that has to do with the 26-percent drop of the Grand Caravan alone (the T&C was only down by one percent). According to Automotive News data, as of March 1, Chrysler had an unsold inventory of 24,713 Town and Country models and 18,547 Grand Caravans - a 69- and 43-day supply, respectively.
"No sense running full speed now, then have a lot of vehicles sitting around a few months down the line," Chrysler spokeswoman Jodi Tinson told AN. Full production is expected to resume again on March 18.
