2000 Dodge Intrepid with MOTOR NOISE. 139XXX miles. Cold A/C. Well cared for car for year model. Power windows functioning properly. Upon short test drive, it sounded like it may need a brake and rotor or two. Was not inspected...just heard a growl when applying brakes. Not sure the extent of motor damage, but it is making a ticking noise then a knocking noise and back and forth. Starts fine and tranny seems too shift as it should. The pictures show the following.....
1. A small rust spot over the drivers door, (that is the only rust I spotted on the cars exterior)
2. Rip in drivers seat cushion
3. Gouch on the interior door handle of left rear door
4. The letters "N' and "E" are missing on the INTREPID decal on the trunk.
The main thing is there is a NOISE IN THE ENGINE. I suggest you trailer or tow home. You are welcome to come by and drive and inspect at 2813 Fairlawn Ave. Dunbar WV 25064. Monday thru Saturday 9am to 4pm or anytime by appointment.

Fiat Chrysler taps Amazon, Shell execs to fill roles
Fri, Dec 7 2018MILAN — Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is tapping executives from Amazon and Shell Oil Company with previous automotive industry experience to fill its ranks. CEO Mike Manley said in a letter to employees Thursday that Mark Stewart would join FCA as chief operating officer of North America from Amazon, "a company known for its culture of innovation, and obsession with delivering incredible value to customers." At Amazon, Stewart led teams focused on advanced robotics, artificial intelligence and automation methods. He previously was COO of ZF TRW automotive components supplier. Niel Golightly was named head of global communications. He was most recently Shell's vice president for external relations in North and South America, with a focus on reputation, brand and stakeholder engagement beyond communication strategies. Mon, 17 Dec 2012They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.
