2005 Dodge Grand Caravan Se Minivan, 1-owner, Very Clean, 73k Mi - Body Damage on 2040-cars
Livonia, Michigan, United States
2005 Dodge Grand Caravan SE Minivan For Sale | 73515 miles
1-Owner. Regular scheduled service professionally maintained. Miles are actual. Title is clean. No skeletons. This is one of our company-van's which, previously was driven by my brother. The accident actually happened last year (2012) on Christmas Eve. It was snowing, so the tires didn't catch when he made a left-turn in to the subdivision where he was headed to our mom's house for dinner. Thankfully no one was hurt. We called the police who filed an accident report which now shows up on the carfax report. Since last year after the accident, we've actually just kept the van parked inside our building. After the accident we decided not to make an insurance claim, so the title is clean - NOT salvage. Earlier this year (Spring) I listed this van for sale on Ebay, but I never heard anything from the person who bought it, so here we go again. Quick walk-around: No damage to the tailgate. No broken glass. Amazingly, the passenger-sliding door still works, opens and closes just fine - only thing you need to use a bit of extra muscle when closing it. The bumper-cover does not appear broken, but still we disconnected it because it was knocked loose as a result of the impact. Otherwise, it runs and drives perfectly. Honestly, if it was a POS - wouldn't even consider selling it, wouldn't do that to someone. Engine is air-tight with no leaks, not even any seepage. Same goes for the transmission. Air conditioning, suspension, all-good. All-four tires are practically brand new. New battery we installed a few months before the accident. Genuinely serious buyers don't be afraid to ask for more info, pics, supporting docs, etc! Price may be reasonably-negotiable. Feel free to drop me a line if you're interested! |

2015 Dodge Charger darts into NY traffic
Thu, 17 Apr 2014Meet the refreshed 2015 Dodge Charger; notice anything different? You would have to be pretty farsighted to miss the sedan's new Dart-like nose, and it's likely going to be quite polarizing to the car's fans. Gone are the previous furrowed, aggressive headlights in favor of a wider, friendlier look.
While the more rounded headlights and narrower grille are going to be the first thing most people notice, Dodge claims its designers have made changes to nearly every panel on the Charger. The hood dips down deeper at the front, and the doors show off a more angled version of the car's shoulder blister. LED running lights and taillights are standard on all models, and SXT and RT trims get LED foglights. Even though the front might not be as intimidating, Dodge has hung onto the sedan's muscular stance with angular contours making up the rest of the redesign.
Under the hood is the same engine range you've come to know over recent years. Both the 5.7-liter V8 and the 3.6-liter V6 return for 2015, with the Hemi making 370 horsepower and 395 pound-feet of torque, and the standard Pentestar outputting 292 hp and 260 lb-ft. All models are now equipped with Chrysler's TorqueFlight eight-speed automatic as standard. Fuel economy for V8 Chargers is predicted at 16 miles per gallon city and 25 mpg highway, compared to 15 mpg / 25 mpg last year with a five-speed automatic. All models also come with electric power steering, and the axles are cast from aluminum to save weight.
QB says University of Alabama offered him a Corvette to play football
Fri, 16 May 2014The University of Alabama Crimson Tide football team could be in some hot water, following a pair of posts on social media.
The first post was sure to raise a few eyebrows on its own. It's an Instagram of sophomore running back Derrick Henry standing in front of his new Dodge Challenger (we're guessing it's an R/T based on the fender stripes). Complete with a custom set of wheels, the image was enough to trigger more than a few questions about where an unemployed student-athlete came up with the money for such a purchase. Now, this could be harmless. Henry, flush with a full-ride to Bama could have convinced his parents to get him something nice with his college fund.
The second post, though, is a straight-up accusation. It comes from former West Virginia Mountaineer and current CFL quarterback Pat White, who posted the following on his Facebook page.
2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody First Drive Review | Son of a beast
Wed, Aug 8 2018PORTLAND, Maine — They told us the Hellcat Redeye Widebody is a "Hellcat that's been possessed by a Demon." But what I'm telling myself is, Save it for the track. I hadn't even put the pedal all the way to the floor, and the world around me had warped in my peripheral vision. I peeled my skull from the headrest and contemplated the supercharger under the double-snorkel hood in front of me force-feeding air to the's 6.2-liter Hemi V8, producing a hair under 800 horsepower. With my stomach returning to its usual place, I tried to summon the patience not to roast the tires again. Relax, enjoy the drive, explore the car, and save the rest for the track. I tried to restrain myself from adding to the many strips of rubber already smeared across the hilly, meandering roads between Portland, Maine and Club Motorsports across the state line in New Hampshire. But then there's always another stop sign, and something possesses me to misbehave again as I pull away. The 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye includes a number of borrowed features that helped the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon slap me in the back of the helmet back at Lucas Oil Raceway. It has the same displacement Hemi with a 2.7-liter supercharger providing 14.5 PSI of boost. That pressure is thanks in part to the "Power Chiller," which diverts the A/C refrigerant to cool the air intake. It offers the torque reserve system for explosive launches, as well as the strengthened driveshaft to handle it all. It won't do a wheelie, but it'll scream in your face as it hurls you straight to jail. Compared to the standard Hellcat, it gets a higher top speed of 203 miles per hour, and quarter mile times reduced by a precious tenth of a second (11.1 seconds at 131 mph for the standard Redeye, and 10.8 seconds at 131 mph for the Redeye Widebody). That said, Dodge has ensured that Demon reigns supreme in the Challenger hierarchy. For one thing, the Demon has 840 horsepower and 770 pound-feet of torque, compared to the Redeye's 797 horsepower and 707 pound-feet. The Demon's suspension is specifically tuned for the weight transfer characteristics of drag racing, and can lift its front wheels off the ground if you nail the launch with the narrow tires on it. Also, while the Redeye does have line lock to let the rear wheels spin while braking the front calipers, it doesn't get the Demon's transbrake to keep the car locked into position as throttle is applied for launch.
