2004 Dodge Grand Caravan Anniversary Edition Mini Passenger Van 4-door 3.8l on 2040-cars
Santa Cruz, California, United States
This has been a single owner vehicle. Very well maintained, and currently runs great.
This came loaded from the factory with the following components: Upgraded wheel package, DVD player and rear Screen (capable of wireless headphones, but someone stole them a long time ago), Disc Changer, All Leather Interior, Clean Floor mats, Removable Center Console, cruise control, Moon Roof, Automatic Sliding Side Doors and Rear Hatch, Full sized spare, Rear AC Controls, Full Factory Tow package with Transmission cooler, Auto Levelling Rear when load is applied, Factory Roof Rack Bars, remote pressure sensors for all tires. 3.8L V6 We towed a 1200lb (nothing in the grand scheme of things) pop up trailer 2-3 times per year. This was not a dump run/ Work car hauling heavy loads. One paint problem on front top of van where it is oxidizing, and has a couple of scratches that are not to the metal, but I never tried to buff them out. Feel free to make an offer, but make it before we set the appointment, and please be respectful. All fluids are fresh, and tires have less than 7k miles on them. |

How to turn a Dodge airport tug into a trail slayer
Sun, 16 Nov 2014Sometimes, having a ton of fun requires takes a ton of work. Just nine days before the so-called Ultimate Adventure 2014, the folks behind 4-Wheel & Off-Road had 40 tasks to complete in order to turn the ratty truck pictured above into a machine that could excel on treacherous off-road trails while still being able to handle highway jaunts. Much of process behind the build was chronicled on the latest episode of Dirt Every Day.
The team's vehicle started life as a 1990 Dodge tug truck that spent part of its life hauling around airplanes. The builders hung on to the Cummins six-cylinder diesel, but they tossed out practically everything else for the project, with some seriously heavy-duty replacement parts for the transmission, transfer case, axles and a whole lot more. The process was certainly a ton of work, but the end result looks like a fantastic crawler.
Sure, it might have been easier to bring a truck that was already prepared, but where would the fun in that have been? Stay tuned until the end of the video for a few glimpses of the completed Dodge and peek at some of the punishment it goes through.

Dodge launches 1 of 1 Viper configurator
Fri, Apr 17 2015Get comfortable because you might be spending a good chunk of time in front of the computer on this. The configurator for the 2015 Dodge Viper GTC 1 of 1 is now online, and it's a ton of fun to play around with. Mechanically, the GTC is just like every current Viper with a 645-horsepower, 8.4-liter V10. But for the special editions Dodge lets buyers tinker with practically everything aesthetic thing. For the exterior alone, the choices include some 8,000 available body colors, two stripe styles in innumerable shades, two hood designs and various brake caliper hues. Plus, there are 16 upholstery colors inside, and options like red seat belts and carbon fiber trim. Dodge reckons there are over 25 million possible combinations, and the models are available to customers on a first-come-first serve basis for each model year. Although, two people wanting identical cars seems pretty unlikely. The configurator is a beauty too. It makes all of these myriad options extremely easy to pick from, and there are even four resolution settings to see your creation in the best possible way. Prices for the GTC start at $94,995 and deliveries are set to start in the second quarter of the year. Although, even if you have no intention of buying one, specifying these custom coupes is still highly entertaining.
