 A 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger.
Before I begin this is originally a slant 6 car, but has been converted to a small block car. This is no numbers matching car. Current state of the car is not drivable for testing.

I've owned it for nearly 10 years. Pasted down from my father. Over the years I have invested a lot of money into the car. well over $25k invested. I simple have grown tired of the project. This is a great opportunity for someone to get started with a 90% finished car. Car has gone through many changes over the years. A few weeks back a slight fire melted the main wiring harness in engine bay and cause to slight paint damage to two small spots on hood. So car doesn't currently start, but don't let that deter you. It is an easy fix. I have purchased the parts to fix. Posting car as is now because I afraid I will not want to sell after its fixed. Car is in overall great shape. It does have paint flaws and minor rust in rear quarter panels. Easily fixable. A fuel cell install was last project still needs minor finishing details to complete. Interior is all original and in great shape.

Completely new motor assembled by Charlie's Speed Machine in Blair NE. currently has about 200miles on it. I finally had enough break in time to test it out a week before the fire. The car runs great and is very fast. Before this 408 install the car had 340 on nitrous that ran low 12's. I can tell this 408 motor has more power than that ever had.

Car is Located in Omaha Ne, Pickup only. will not ship. Buyer is responsible for pickup and travel

Police officer fired for sexually harassing a young woman

Wed, Aug 24 2016

A police officer in Jackson, Mississippi was fired after a video surfaced on Tuesday of him sexually harassing a young woman from his patrol car. According to WAPT, Officer Darryl Stasher of the Jackson Mississippi Police Department rolled up to two young women walking down the street and began talking to them through the driver's side window of his patrol car. During his discourse, his language because coarser and more suggestive. He gave one young woman his number and told her that he was "going to take care of her" and that he wanted to "do more than talk". He also suggested that the two should "get a room" together. The whole exchange was caught on video, and soon after the incident the young woman uploaded the footage to Facebook where it quickly went viral. It didn't take long for the Jackson Police Department to get wind of the video. "The Jackson Police Department does have possession of the video that was posted to Facebook by the young lady," said JPD Commander Tyree Jones. "Chief (Lee) Vance found the video to be very disturbing. He is very disappointed due to the content that's in the video." Upon learning of the video, JPD put Officer Stasher on desk duty pending the results of an internal affairs investigation. Stasher, who worked for at least eight years for JPD in the second precinct, was fired soon after the investigation finished. Related Video:

Somebody created a Dodge Challenger SRT Demon droptop

Mon, Jan 6 2020

The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is a vehicle built with one purpose in mind: going fast down a drag strip. Weight is the enemy when it comes to acceleration, and one surefire way to add weight to a car is to make it into a convertible. However, that’s exactly what one Demon owner decided to do to their Challenger. Motor Authority spotted this Plum Crazy Demon convertible conversion for sale online, and the dealer and builder even spilled a few details on the car itself. This particular conversion was done by Droptop Customs, a shop with experience, having previously converted a couple Challengers into convertibles for Shaq in Miami. However, ripping the roof off the 840-horsepower Demon is no small task. ThatÂ’s a ridiculous amount of horsepower to handle for a car that has lost a fair amount of structural rigidity from removing the roof. The Droptop Customs sales manager told MA about the changes that were made to make this build work. To begin, the frame rails were reinforced with 1x2-inch pieces of metal. Then, the shop added diagonally-mounted metal braces underneath to resist twist. Even more structural supports were added to the trunk, front and rear shock towers, and gussets were added to the bottom of each door to keep them from moving. Lastly, the shop boxed the connection of the front rails to the engine cradle. No specifics about weight gain were provided. There is one sad bit of news about this Demon, though. The dealer told MA that itÂ’s currently on consignment, despite being listed for sale on FCA dealership Cape CoralÂ’s website. ItÂ’s priced at an eye-watering $145,995. But the new owner wonÂ’t have to manually put down the top! ThatÂ’s right, itÂ’s powered, and itÂ’s supposed to take about 20 seconds to lower or raise into place while stationary. Somehow, the car has only 172 miles on it, so itÂ’s hardly been used. We have no photos with the top up, so youÂ’ll have to settle for top-down photos for now. It looks like a professional job through and through, and we actually dig the convertible look. Plus, who doesnÂ’t love Plum Crazy?Â
