Front headlight damage from hitting deer. Also on corner panel from same hit.Light works, but blinker is hit and miss so may need minor electrical there.Deer banged head on hood so small dent there.Bent corner enough so hood isnt flush but closes fine.Otherwise typical dings and rusty spots.Rusting through in several areas.Typical non garaged Wisconsin vehicle.Back bumper has slight bend in center.Drivers side window is off track.Goes up and down with assistance, but is slightly off.Closes flush, just not completely on track.Replaced on bad rotor and have pads but caliper may need to be replaced.Piston bent.Tiny chip in windshield. You would have to really look to see it.Engine has always been incredibly dependable, but I am sure it could use a tune up.Its just sitting there and we bought newer vehicles so just dont have time to do all the repairs. To the right person with the skills and a little body hammering and some paint, this thing could still look amazing, and run another 10 years.AC doesnt work but may just need a charge.Heat works great. Two tires are newer, other two are in need of replacing.Matching wheel is on spare that is in bed,had a flat and tossed on the spare which is on the truck, otherwise all four matching wheels are there.Has paint wear in areas like top of cab and hood and spotty in areas.Back end sags in the pictures because theres logs in the back for weight,(Rear wheel drive)Tail light has crack.Muffler is starting to get a little loud.

Starts right up and runs nicely.Just needs some minor work. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!

Watch Jay Leno drive an ex-highway patrol '61 Dodge Polara

Tue, May 17 2016

The latest vehicle to swing by Jay Leno's Garage is a 1961 Dodge Polara. This one was used by the California Highway Patrol half a century ago, ordered specially by the state police instead of the Darts that were usually used by law-enforcement. After sitting out in the sun for a few decades, it recently underwent a comprehensive, ground-up restoration by the historians and craftsmen at the Automobile Club of Southern California. As you can see for yourself, the result of the restoration is really quite stunning. The ACSC apparently spared no expense, bringing the 413-cubic-inch V8 back up to working order, along with the emergency lighting, radio, certified speedometer... the works. In the process they even found the engine cranked out more than the factory quote of 325 horsepower, recording 332 hp and 406 pound-feet of torque on the dyno. The Polara CHP cruiser hadn't even been back out on the freeway since the restoration was finished. But after getting the full run-down from the guys responsible for its resuscitation, Jay wasted little time in bringing it back to its natural habitat.

Dodge to sell off first Challenger SRT Hellcat for charity

Sun, 27 Jul 2014

Want to get your hands on a new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, and can't wait to be the first to get one? Las Vegas will be the place to be on September 27. That's where Barrett-Jackson will auction off the very first example. And you'd better bring your checkbook, because the bidding is sure to be fierce with all the proceeds going to charity.
The supercharged Challenger with VIN 0001 has been hand-painted in Stryker Red (usually reserved for the Viper) and features special badging, documentation and accompanying memorabilia - not to mention, of course, that 707-horsepower, 6.2-liter supercharged Hemi V8. The car will be on display this weekend as well at Barrett-Jackson's Hot August Nights auction in Reno.

Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat gets 22 mpg

Thu, 18 Sep 2014

With its crazy 707 horsepower on tap and roughly $60,000 starting price, the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat has been one of the most talked about cars of the summer, maybe even the year. However, there's always been one lingering question about the behemoth that Dodge has waited to answer until now - its fuel economy. The EPA ratings for the muscle car are finally out, and the numbers are actually pretty impressive for a vehicle with this much power.
A 2015 Challenger Hellcat with the eight-speed automatic is rated at 22 miles per gallon highway, 13 mpg city and 16 mpg combined. Opting for the six-speed manual drops those figures to 21 mpg highway, 13 mpg city and 16 mpg combined.
"As the fastest muscle car ever, the Challenger Hellcat can run 10-second ETs [elapsed times] at the track, and then get 22 miles per gallon on the drive home. With a starting price of $59,995, there's nothing else that even comes close," said Dodge and SRT President Tim Kuniskis in the company's release.
