Thank you for viewing this 2002 Dodge Dakota!! The exterior paint is in good but does have a few minor blemishes here or there. The roof does have some fading as seen in the pictures. The vehicle's interior looks great and it is in far better condition than what is expected for its age. All interior components seem to be in good working order. The engine starts right up with absolutely no problems and the transmission shifts as it should. I drove this truck about 60 miles last week and it drove great with no problems.To make this auction even more appealing we have decided to offer it for a 7 DAY AUCTION with NO RESERVE. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

At Auction Close Successful "winning" bidder must telephone us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. A deposit of $200.00 is to be made with in 24 hours of the end of the auction. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE Within (7) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept deposits via Credit Card. All buyers pay a $200.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee. Delaware buyers must pay 3.75% sales tax plus applicable STATE fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.

Chrysler recalls 112k family-haulers over airbag controllers

The Basics: Chrysler has issued a recall for an array of minivans and crossovers manufactured in 2007 and 2008. The models affected include the 2009 Dodge Journey, 2008-09 Dodge Grand Caravan, and 2008-09 Chrysler Town and Country. The 2009 Volkswagen Routan, which was manufactured by Chrysler, is also being recalled by FCA. The automaker estimates that 112,001 units in the United States are affected, all told. The Problem: Corrosion in the air bag control unit could prevent the air bags from deploying in the event of a crash, or alternatively deploy prematurely. Chrysler points out that "none of the affected vehicles are equipped with ammonium-nitrate inflators" like those fitted by Takata. Injuries/Deaths: The manufacturer reports seven minor injuries (but no accidents) potentially related to this issue. The fix: Chrysler will replace the air bag control unit, though it has not yet outlined a timeframe for doing so. If you own one: Look for a recall notice in the mail and then schedule service with your local dealership. If you don't receive one, you can contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403 and reference recall number S07. In the affected vehicles, the air bag control units may corrode and fail. CONSEQUENCE: If the air bag control unit fails, the air bags may not deploy in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of occupant injury. Additionally, the air bags may inadvertently deploy, increasing the risk of a crash. REMEDY: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will replace the air bag control unit, free of charge. Watch a Dodge Viper driver show off his V10 all the way into a wall

Has there ever been a show-off video that doesn't end terribly? This video clip captured with a cellphone shows the driver of a neon green Viper GTS giving a fellow motorist a couple throttle blips to signify his intent – which seems to be to crash the Viper into a concrete wall as quickly as possible. It's not pretty. The mean machine seems to be a second-generation Viper GTS in Stryker Green. To our knowledge, no photos have surfaced of the aftermath, so we wish both the driver and their most-likely bruised ego a speedy recovery. Who knows, maybe the Viper is also salvageable.
