Priced to sell,  this is the lowest price 06-08 R/T V8 5.7 charger on ebay with no accidents and AWD!!!!!!

PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD!!

The car has 90k miles, it is still my daily driver, so mileage will gradually increase during this sale.  I am the original and only owner, purchased new from the dealership. I use it as a daily commuter to work, 23 miles each way.  It has been driveway parked during its lifetime. The car has NO mechanical issues that impact its drive ability. The engine, transmission, brakes, steering, all work as they did when it was new, no performance problems, issues, noises, pings, nothing.  It has never been in a moving collision. I am a 46 year old high school History Teacher married with three teenage children, not some 20 year old Richard Petty wannabee gunning it all over the place, it has not been abused. I am selling for no other reason than I have the inside track on a barely used 2012 Chrysler 300c, which has the same engine and tranny as this charger.

Car is AWD, good in snow.  The car has autostick, so the driver can control shift points without a clutch, or leave it on fully automatic. Windows and glass are good, no cracks or spiders anywhere. Heat and A/C is good, keyless entry works, turn signals good, exterior lights all good.

I have kept up oil changes every 3000 miles for the life of the car, I can provide buyer with a printout history from Jiffy lube to prove this.  Gas mileage is approximately 14 city, 21 highway. 19 gallon tank, about 285 miles between fill ups.  This year model 5.7 hemi gets 340 horse and 370 Torque.   80 mph highway feels like 50, passing people is effortlessly easy. Tires and brakes were serviced and replaced in July 2012.  This car will provide reliable transportation without any problems.

Issues: As a 6 year old vehicle their are some cosmetic and other issues.

The car was side scraped while parked the first year I owned it, and the damage was fully repaired by a collision shop.

1.  The car has a few dings on its passenger side from my nephew throwing a baseball against a pitchback and missing, hitting the side of my car, not once but twice!! (little punk!!) On a different occasion, a planter fell over in my driveway hitting the passenger front door.

2. The center console is loose and wobbles if you shake it, it stays put during driving, but an intentional wiggle will cause it to move around.

3. Their are some interior stain markings on the roof liner from my daughter tap dancing with her shoes still on! GRRRR.

4. The carpet in the drivers front has a hole worn through it, but this can be covered by included mats.

5. The passenger rear  window functions, but operates more slowly than the other three.

6. The circuit to the windshield wiper is shorted.  If the fuse is in, the windshield wiper runs non stop even if the car is turned off.  I have been removing the fuse, which I have and is included, on sunny days, and when it rains, I put the fuse in and let the wipers go.

7. Their is a circular base mounted to the dash where I placed my GPS, it is glued in place, and will be left there rather than risk damage to the dash.

8. New brake pads tend to be squeeky, but stopping power is excellent with no issues.

9. The cigarette lighter on the dash is missing,  does not function, and provides no power.  The port inside the center console works normally with no issues.

10. I only have 1 set of keys, have no idea what happened to other set.

11. The rear passenger door only opens from the outside, the child lock system does not release, passenger can be let out by someone, or fully open the window and open the door from the outside. Bo and Luke got in and out of theirs with no doors opening at all!!!!

12. Steering wheel covering has some normal wear from use.

The car has general signs of use, but not abused.

Date of last oil change was 7/6/2013

NOTE* Please be aware that this car is very powerful, it goes 0 - 60  in less than 6 seconds, and has a top speed over 140 mph.  This might not be the right choice for young or inexperienced drivers, that is precisely why I am selling it, rather than passing to my 17 year old. The tires on the car now are touring and not recommended for high 3 digit speeds.

NOTE**  Prospective buyers, I have accurately described the condition of this vehicle in the ad, the price is non negotiable.  I will not negotiate price outside of ebay, you may submit offers  as part of the auction. By choosing to offer or buy, you agree to the price agreed upon. I will demonstrate the car is as described in this ad, and in fully functional driveable condition by driving you around as a passenger to show you it works.  Attempts to negotiate a lower price at pick up will not be entertained, you will have wasted your trip.  The car is for sale as described above and as is.  There is no warranty, grace period, or returns. I do NOT have owners manual, and offer no customer service inquiries after the sale.  Please consider these terms before purchasing.

I am in the process of paying off the balance of the loan in this car, and it will take a few business days to receive the title from the finance company.  I am doing this now rather than wait for a buyer.  Title may be delayed a couple of business days depending on how long this sale takes and the speed at which the finance company processes the paperwork.

Balance of the price is due in full at time of sale, I will accept cash, or certified check,  NO PERSONAL CHECKS, IOU's accepted.

If you choose to walk away from the deal, your $1000 deposit will be returned in full.  Offers to purchase at the advertised priced will be considered in the order they were received. Increasing the amount of an offer will NOT jump someone ahead.  Car must be paid in full and picked up within 72 hours of an agreement, or I will act on other offers.

All stickers will be carefully removed prior to sale.

2019 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack vs. 2018 Kia Stinger GT Comparison | Big bargain bruisers

Fri, Aug 2 2019

The Kia Stinger GT is a sporty midsize sedan with a sleek hatchback roof and a luxurious interior, so it makes sense that it's frequently been compared to high-end German cars of a similar description. While it has generally faired quite well against the likes of the Audi A5 Sportback and BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe despite its commoner badge, it's unclear how many potential Audi and BMW buyers are going to also consider a Kia. So, what else can be thrown at it? Well, the Stinger has a bold, brash exterior the Germans can’t match, while boasting loads of space, features and performance at a discount price. You know what that sounds like? The Dodge Charger, which we recently had in the Autoblog garage. It's not exactly an apples-to-apples choice – bigger, no hatch, a pair of extra cylinders – but the two sedans are close on price, especially the 2019 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack that arrived at our office with an MSRP of $46,075. ThatÂ’s just a few hundred less than our long-term StingerÂ’s price of $46,620. So I decided to try them back-to-back to see which is the better bargain bruiser. 2018 Kia Stinger View 11 Photos The Charger takes an early lead with its 6.4-liter naturally aspirated V8, which generates 485 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque – a big advantage over the StingerÂ’s 365 horses and 376 pound-feet. But itÂ’s not just the power that gives it the edge, itÂ’s that it makes all the right sounds, and itÂ’s so smooth and responsive. Any amount of throttle yields a charmingly round, mellow sound, with just a hint of grit. ItÂ’s vintage American rumble in a modern(ish) wrapper. Additionally, power is so smooth and progressive that itÂ’s easy to dial in the right amount. ThereÂ’s one minor exception in its controllability at launch, as it takes a moment for the torque converter to spin up, and a lazy foot can get the tires to yelp (yours truly and a couple other editors ran into this). The ZF eight-speed automatic shifts seamlessly, whether youÂ’re in automatic or manual mode. The Kia Stinger GTÂ’s twin-turbo 3.3-liter V6 is also a great engine, but it lacks the character and the finesse of the Charger's V8. While that giant 6.4-liter lets out a hearty roar, the Stinger keeps its mouth tightly shut. Only a low, generic mumble from the intake comes from under the hood. And as weÂ’ve talked about before, the throttle response is sluggish, and it takes a moment for boost to build.

A look at the Dodge Demon's drag settings, modes, and go-fast tech

Thu, Mar 9 2017

In the same video that gave us a peek at the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon's performance stats, there's a serious dump of info on the tech and tools that will likely help this muscle coupe slaughter drag strips. Dodge has outlined a few of them for us and we're using the power of inference to figure out the rest. Here's what we've gathered. A lot of these hints come from the Demon's version of Performance Pages, the infotainment screens that show what SRT models are doing and let the driver change the powertrain and chassis setup. There are a lot of Demon-only features, including line lock, a quick cooldown mode for the supercharged engine, and data recording. And of course there are pages to show a digital time slip with acceleration and braking figures, a g-load plot, and lots of gauges to track temps and levels. The engine output is shown in the video on a special Dyno page. It tracks horsepower and torque over time on the upper graph, and engine rpm and shift points on the lower graph. And we think it's still hiding something. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Any good drag car has a line lock, allowing the driver to lock the front brakes and leave the rears free to do a nice tire-warming (or tire-shredding, depending on length) burnout. Ford has it on the Mustang, Chevy puts it on the ZL1, and now Dodge is adding it to the Demon. It should help get the giant Nitto tires up to temp for a drag run. And once the tires are warm, there's launch control, just like on the SRT Hellcat, with selectable rpm to dial things in for the conditions. The Demon also has a shift light in the cluster, and the driver can set a shift point individually for each gear. After each drag run, you can activate Quick Cooldown, which Dodge says uses the first production application of After-Run Chiller – it runs the cooling fan and intercooler coolant pump with the engine off until the coolant reaches its target temp. It's shown in one of the slides above. The checklist on the left side of that page suggests it requires a set of conditions be met to work: engine off, hood open, and sufficient battery level. This further reinforces our theory that the supercharger is going to make big boost, beyond the Hellcat's 11.6 psi. And while you're waiting for the supercharger to cool off for another run, you can review the performance data the car records.

Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody expected for 2021

Fri, Apr 3 2020

As of writing, Dodge still won't confirm that a Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody exists, even though camouflaged and debadged versions have already been spotted. Furthermore, before the automaker was forced to cancel this year's LX Sprint Fest 15, a poster advertising the event pictured a Charger SRT with a Dodge Demon-like hood, thought perhaps to be a "concept" version of the sedan in question. Once expected as a product for the 2020 model year, the sedan according to Mopar Insiders is now on the way for 2021 with tweaked looks to go with the centerpiece 6.2-liter Hemi V8 with 797 horsepower and 717 pound-feet of torque. The biggest cosmetic change will be the hood, a larger, redrawn center scoop dominating the front and feeding a cold-intake system pulled from the Demon. The two heat extractors move further back on the hood and rotate 90 degrees to face the sides of the sedan instead of facing the windshield. It will be available only in widebody form, and Redeye badges will adorn the grille, fenders, and decklid. Under the skin, changes compared to the Charger SRT Hellcat include a 6,500-rpm redline, 500 rpm higher than the 707-hp Charger Hellcat, a second dual-stage fuel pump, fitment of the SRT Power Chiller and the SRT After-Run Chiller also from the Demon, as well as stronger prop shafts and half-shafts. MI also mentioned the availability of either a standard 2.62 final drive ratio or an optional 3.09 final gear, production intent for concept wheels that were slated to show at LX Spring Fest, and a new SRT Performance Spoiler. The changes could drop the dash to 60 miles per hour a couple of tenths to 3.4 seconds, and get the widebody's top speed back over the 200-mph mark.  The question now is when the sedan will make its debut. MI thinks the Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody will first greet the public at FCA's What's New media roundup this summer. However, with this month still obscured by coronavirus clouds and even late summer events still being canceled, its impossible to know when we'll get a look at the new muscle sedan. Related Video:   Â
