Garage kept. No rust. Owned the car for about a year. All the work described done in that time and over maybe 1,500 miles driven on the car total since. Almost everything is done, but it still needs a couple minor tweaks.Totally rebuilt front end, new upper and lower ball joints, new tie rods, new idler arms and more. New tires with maybe 1000 miles on them. New starter, new battery. A/C refurbed converted to R34, with re-cored condenser and heater core. New aluminum radiator. New distributor, with new cap rotor and points. New plugs & wires, Interior very nice no rips. paint nice, no dings or rust. New Master cylinder converted to a dual with new lines and proportioning valve setup. New booster but breaks need adjusting or possibly new shoes. Needs is the carb tweaked or replaced. Idles a bit rough, but runs great overall. Also aftermarket turnsignal installed as the original switch is very
hard to find. This can be reversed if the right part is found. New sending unit for gas gauge which now works, new resonator on exhaust, new neutral saftey switch on trans. Beautiful classic chrysler!

Chrysler UConnect wins AOL Autos Technology of the Year Award
Wed, 09 Jan 2013The first annual AOL Autos Technology of the Year Award has been won by Chrysler's upgraded UConnect system.
Over 35 entries were considered and narrowed down to six finalists in three categories: Connectivity, Telematics and Active Safety. The judges, which included editors from AOL Autos, Autoblog and Engadget, as well as a number of other auto and tech journalists and luminaries, chose UConnect over the MyFord Mobile app, Audi Connect with Google Maps, Cadillac CUE, Honda's LaneWatch technology and Nissan's Tire Pressure Alert and Refill System. Even readers who were polled on which technology should win chose UConnect.
AOL Autos Editor in Chief David Kiley remarked that Chrysler's UConnect deserved the first Technology of the Year Award not because of what it does, but for how UConnect performs every time it's used. Kiley went on to say UConnect works the way it's supposed to, fills a need and puts a smile on your face. By meeting those requirements, UConnect very much deserved AOL Auto's first Tech of the Year award.
Chrysler called out over lackluster Ram Runner by racer who helped develop it
Fri, 11 Apr 2014Fans of off-roading and desert blasting might recall that Chrysler offers an aftermarket conversion that can turn a Ram 1500 into a road-legal desert racer, called the Ram Runner. The kit, sold through Mopar, includes some significant suspension upgrades, body tweaks and a brawnier cat-back exhaust for the truck's 5.7-liter V8.
Considering all of this, comparisons with the almighty Ford F-150 SVT Raptor are common. Among the off-road community, that makes these two a sort of Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang for people that prefer driving on dirt. In the Race-Dezert forum, the discussion as to which truck was better was proceeding as normal - Ram fans said their piece and Ford fans said theirs. Then, a man named Kent Kroeker offered up his two cents.
See, Kroeker is a Baja racer, and the man that helped develop the Ram Runner. Despite his association with the truck, though, he had some less than kind words for Chrysler and the Ram Runner.
