We guarantee engine and transmission in proper working condition at the time we list our vehicles, but NOT AFTER YOU BUY AND DRIVE IT HOME.

We DO NOT guarantee you NO WARNING LIGHTS on dashboard, since we don't own all the cars, trucks we have for sale, but resell and do not drive them long enough to see if any of the warning lights (such as check engine light for example) comes on. That means we don't want you to blame us for any warning lights that might come on after you buy our car, truck etc. and take it home.

All the power equipment, radio, lights, brakes etc. are buyer's responsibility to have it inspected or ask us BEFORE placing his bid.

We have nothing to hide from our buyers and we do our best to put as much description as we can in the auction, but please DO NOT assume anything and ask a question BEFORE the auction ends.

Please,expect POSSIBLE little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. Please be certain of your decision to complete the transaction before you place a bid.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the winner of the auction is required by eBay to pay in full by placing his bid. We require deposit to be paid within 48hrs and vehicle picked up in 5 business days

Buyer is required to contact us within first 24 hours and leave name and phone number AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENT AND PICK UP.

All the non-pay bidders will be reported to eBay and unpaid item record posted. We have to follow eBay policies and do what we're required to do. So PLEASE make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions BEFORE you place your bid. If you win the auction, it means the item is yours and you have to pay for it.

If you want to ship the vehicle after you won the auction, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inspect the vehicle PRIOR to shipping by a third party before the auction ends. No cars, trucks will be released to shipper until all the paperwork is completed properly and returned to us by mail.

All vehicles have to be picked up by the winners or a qualified shipper of their choice.

Please note : We do our best to accommodate all of our customers. However, due to the fact that sometimes we sell more than 5 cars a day it is not always possible for us to arrange pick ups within the next couple of days after purchase. Therefore, please do not buy plane tickets or plan pick ups prior contacting us, and do not assume you can pick up vehicles the next days. That being said, we will try our very best to work around your schedule, and most likely be able to arrange for pickup whenever it’s convenient for you.

$50/day storage fee will be charged after one week of free storage, that is given under one condition only - the vehicle must be paid in full in timely manner (within 3 business days of the end of the auction).

The processing fee in the amount of $150.00 will be added to the total winning bid .The fee is not negotiable and includes: car detailing, paperwork, notary, title transfer, messenger ETC. For all OH and out-of-state residents -this fee doesn't cover your taxes and registration! You pay it separately when registering a vehicle In your name.Because we are a licensed dealer in the state of Ohio all applicable state taxes have to be paid in full before leaving the state of Ohio with title in hand.When scheduling pick up if you arrive during business hours of our local BMV (8-5pm M-F) taxes will be paid directly to the state (7%). If you arrive after hours(5pm-9pm) or after 1pm sat. or on sun. taxes will have to be paid in full, directly to our dealership before titles will be released.

$20.00-25.00 is a 30-day temp tag for all OH residents if needed to drive home.

All the buyers are required to have their valid driver's license and valid proof of insurance upon picking up the vehicle.
