Because we are a licensed auto dealership, we can provide the buyer with a temp tag for any state in the U.S.(with a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance). This also means  that we have to collect sales tax for cars that will be registered in NJ. (IT'S THE LAW)

Please don't assume anything. Our hours of operation are Mon to Fri 10AM-7PM EST and Saturdays 10AM to 3PM. you can contact us by phone at 609-896-2600 during these hours. We will check our e-mail often and respond as quickly as possible. We  welcome any buyer or their agent who would like to come and inspect the vehicle prior to the auction's end.

TERMS OF SALE:
We sell our cars through many venues so we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.The successful high bidder must submit a $500.00 deposit with a bank wire transfer, cash if in person, or with a credit card by telephone within 48 hours of the auction's end to secure the vehicle.We accept Visa, MC and Discover. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. Balance to be paid by bank to bank wire transfer,confirmed bank check, or cash (if in person). A limit of $2,000 can be applied to a credit card, with the remaining balance being paid as stated above. If the deposit is not received or the transaction is not completed in the specified time,and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the auto will be offered for resale and negative feedback will be posted.
WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PAY-PAL, BECAUSE THEY WANT TO HOLD ON TO THE FUNDS FOR 3-4 WEEKS ( A NEW POLICY THEY HAVE) SINCE WE WILL NOT RELEASE A VEHICLE OR TITLE WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL THIS MEANS ANY BUYER WILL HAVE TO CONTACT US TO MAKE PAYMENT. WE DO NOT FEEL IT WOULD BE FAIR TO HAVE A BUYER PAY AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR AUTO.  WE DO ACCEPT VISA AND MASTERCARD, BANK TRANSFERS OR CASH (if in person). BUY IT NOW CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS AND MAKE PAYMENT TO HAVE US END THE AUCTION EARLY.

All financial transactions must be completed before taking delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
Any vehicle sold for less than $2000 is AS-IS, no exceptions. All sales are final and No warranty or guarantee is offered or implied for any auto, no returns accepted, unless specifically noted in the vehicle description, or unless an alternate agreement is made between the buyer and seller.
An extended warranty may be available on the vehicle being auctioned, please ask about this option if you are interested as it must be obtained prior to delivery.

Bidders with 0 feedback or excessive negative feedback, must contact us prior to bidding in order to insure that we will accept your bids. We don't want to discourage you from bidding, we only want to verify that you are serious and understand the 'e-bay process'. Past experience has shown us that there are people who fail to follow through after bidding, which is totally unfair to the serious buyers out there.
