**LOADED** 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe LT, 2WD.  Bright white exterior with tan leather interior w/ woodgrain accents.  V8 and Flex Fuel vehicle.  Non-smoker, only owner.  Low miles around 25,500.  (This is estimated due to the fact that the vehicle is still being used occassionally until it has sold).  Sharp looking with dark privacy tint on both front and rear windows.  Very clean and well cared for.  Regulary detailed at the dealership.  Serviced regularly (oil changes, etc).  There have been no issues or repairs with this vehicle.  No accidents or other damage.  There is a very small nick in the paint on the drivers door from another car door.  It is quite small and hard to notice unless you are really looking for it.  Aside from that, no dings or dents. Please see pics for a view of the nick.

Features: Leather, Woodgrain, Flex Fuel, V8, 2WD, Privacy Tint, Towing Package, Full Roof Rack, 20" Premium Alloy Wheels, Side Steps, Removable and/or fold down third row seating.  Satellite ready with Premium Sound.  OnStar ready with full compatibility with mobile apps (like you can remotely unlock the car if you lose keys, check mileage and service stats from your mobile device). Both original sets of keys/remotes as well as manual.  Rear, roof mounted DVD/TV Entertainment System that can be used with Wireless Headsets.  Separate Rear AC/Heat and Rear Radio Controls (that can also be used with Headsets). Back Up Sensors and a Rear View Camera.  Remote Keyless Entry & Alarm as well as Auto Remote Start.  Plenty of side/rear/front airbags.  Tahoes are great for safety! Never sit in a cold car again!  Defrost your car from the breakfast table and it will be ready to go when you are!

This is an awesome vehicle with LOW miles and is still within the FACTORY WARRANTY!  We hate to see it go, but need to liquidate some assests in order to accomplish some family goals.  We have loved this vehicle and taken good care of it.  We want to see it go to a good home and for you to be able to buy it with confidence knowing that you are getting a SOLID, WORRY FREE & LUXURIOUS vehicle.

We are looking to sell rather quickly.  Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or any offers.  We are open to negotiating a deal that benefits everyone.  There is still a lien holder on this vehicle.  Once payment is received and available, the payoff will be forwarded to the lienholder in order for the title to be released.  We understand that selling a car and buying a car online is a little different for most people (including us) and pledge to be open and honest throughout the process and answer any questions or concerns you may have beforehand.  Please just ask us!

PLEASE NOTE:  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pick up or transport the vehicle to the ultimate intended destination.  We are not providing shipping.  We encourage you to look into your options before bidding on the vehicle.  We are in the greater Nashville, TN area.  We are open to meeting you somewhere within a reasonable distance in order to help facilitate your pick up, but please do not expect us to drive a long distance to get you the vehicle.

GOOD LUCK and THANK YOU!

Cadillac Celestiq, Lyriq, Hummer, other future GM electric cars: Here's everything we saw at ‘EV Day’

Wed, Mar 4 2020

WARREN, Mich. — Today, General Motors held an “EV Day” event at its Warren, Michigan, campus to present its new “Ultium” battery technology, modular electric vehicle architecture and soon-to-come electric vehicles. Unfortunately, we were forbidden from bringing cameras into the event, so while we canÂ’t show you what we saw, we can tell you more about it. While we saw the previously teased Cadillac EV (which we now know to be called the Lyriq) and the GMC Hummer pickup teased during the Super Bowl, there were a number of other future cars at the event, which GM President Mark Reuss assured us are all real vehicles in the works. The biggest surprise came at the end of the event, though, in the Cadillac Celestiq electric sedan, which Reuss described as a future flagship that would be hand-built “very locally.” It had been hiding under a dark sheet all morning, with the front and rear illuminated Cadillac emblems shining from underneath. When the wraps came off, we saw a long, white, four-seat fastback sedan. The 23-inch wheels were pushed out to the very corners of the car, giving it what appeared to be a very long wheelbase. The model on the stage had no side mirrors or visible door handles. The grille mirrored that of the Lyriq crossover next to it, with integrated lighting in lieu of the usual mesh or slats youÂ’d see in an internal combustion car. The entire roof, all the way until it tapered to the tail of the vehicle, was tinted glass. In back, vertical tail lighting ran down the C-pillar before turning rearward across the top of the trunk. Inside, everything below the beltline of the windows — essentially all but the headrests and top portion of the steering wheel, was hidden from view. Behind the Celestiq, a large digital display showed a rendering of its interior. The dash consists of a pillar-to-pillar curved LED display serving as both instrument panel and infotainment system. Protruding forward between the front seats was another touchscreen that appeared to house some more controls, with open area, probably for storage, below it. The rear seats had the same sort of touchscreen between them. Built into the back of the front seats were a pair of rear-seat entertainment screens, much like we saw in the Lyriq. The door panels blended wood, metal and animated lighting to give character and a sense of opulence. GM interior design manager Tristan Murphy was on hand to tell us a bit more about the Celestiq.

Corvette Stingray designer lists five goals of new exterior shape

Fri, 12 Apr 2013

Redesigning an icon is a difficult task, especially when you've got a blank sheet of paper in front of you and the all-new C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is intended to be your final objective.
General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.

Made in America | These cars top the most-American list

Mon, Dec 5 2022

The car with the most American/Canadian content for 2022 is ... cue the drumroll ... the Lincoln Corsair, in both standard gasoline-fueled and plug-in hybrid guise. Both versions of Lincoln's compact luxury crossover earned a score of 86 — due to 72% of its parts coming from one of the two aforementioned countries — in the American University Kogod Business School's annual "Made in America Auto Index." Last year's leader, the 2021 Ford Mustang GT (when equipped with a manual transmission) fell all the way to 22nd place with a 50% rating due to a switch in transmissions sourced from Mexico. In case you're interested, that puts Ford's red-blooded American ponycar below vehicles like the Kia Sorento, Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class SUV and Lexus ES. If you're wondering how an American car that's assembled within the borders of the United States could rank below a model from a Korean, German or Japanese automaker, well, we'll let Kogod explain: "The components of the index are based on research performed by the Center for Automotive Research in Ann Arbor Michigan regarding the economic value of different components of auto manufacturing. For example, the highest ranked cars are made by U.S.-based manufacturers using American engines and transmissions, and with a high AALA percentage of U.S. and Canadian parts." There are 25 total vehicles listed in the Top 10 (there are lots of ties this year). Here's the full list: (1) Lincoln Corsair: 86 (1) Lincoln Corsair PHEV: 86 (2) Tesla Model 3 Long Range: 82.5 (3) Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray: 81 (4) Chevrolet Colorado: 80.5 (5) Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4: 80 (5) Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk: 80 (5) Tesla Model 3 Performance: 80 (5) Tesla Model Y: 80 (6) Dodge Durango Citadel: 79.5 (6) Dodge Durango Blacktop AWD: 79.5 (7) Honda Passport Trailsport: 78.5 (8) Ford F-150 2.7L, 3.3L, 5.0L: 77.5 (8) Ford Ranger: 77.5 (8) Ford Bronco automatic: 77.5 (8) Tesla Model S: 77.5 (8) Tesla Model X: 77.5 (9) Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.6L: 77 (9) Jeep Grand Cherokee L LTD: 77 (9) Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 3.6L: 77 (9) Chevrolet Camaro automatic: 77 (10) Honda Odyssey: 76 (10) Honda Ridgeline: 76 (10) Honda Pilot: 76 There's a whole long list of reasons for the above scores, with seven criteria that include factory location, headquarters location and where its various bits and pieces come from.
