Up for sale is a 2006 Chevrolet Crew Cab 4x4 Dually. THIS TRUCK HAS NOT BEEN PROGRAMMED OR UPGRADED...COMPLETELY STOCK LIKE OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. It has every available option, every system works, the truck runs excellent
with no issues and has been freshly serviced. The truck was originally purchased in Florida and spent its time between florida and arizona as a pleasure vehicle. The condition of the body and frame is pretty close to factory because of it spending it's life in
a rust free environment. You have to see it to believe how nice the underside is, frame suspension etc. The body is rust free as mentioned but does have a couple minor scratches here and there, you have to get right up within a foot or so to actually see them.
The paint and body is in excellent shape with a few minor changes to make the truck look even better. The chrome door handle surrounds etc. The interior is in very great shape, including no rips tears or repairs... no do not expect new but the leather and upholstery
is in above average condition for the year. The truck has all the items you would expect for FULLY LOADED...DVD player, Bose system. ON-STAR, CD-changer, heated power seats, steering wheel controls etc...The engine and transmission speak for themselves...
this has the LBZ Diesel Duramax motor in it... this is one of the most sought after motors because of the more horsepower right out of the factory, and especially since this truck has not been hotrodded at al,l that makes this truck even more attractive. Of course the
SIX speed ALLISON is the only transmission to have, they have proven themselves over and over for performance and reliability. Everything is tight on this truck, and starts- steers- stops & performs excellent. The truck has just a couple days ago had 6 brand new tires
put on, it put on the 235 85 r16's These tires sport a 50,000 mile warranty (depending on how heavy your right foot is) and have a good traction rating on them. I replaced the wimpy 215 85 r16's with these because of taste & personal experience with 235 85 r16's on
my other dually. I did raise up the front suspension around an inch to make the truck have a nice stance to it. The chevys always have the 2wd look from the factory and I don't see any benefit to having the truck that wimpy looking. I just put in a fresh coat of bed
liner in the box , to protect the bed from whatever you throw at it. The previous owner did put in 5th wheel rails in it to pull his camper to lake havasu in arizona. I left them in because I was going to use this truck to pull a camper for our vacations.
Yes I do believe this is an awesome truck.
You are buying a very nice truck.
I HAVE CLEAR TITLE IN MY NAME IN MY HAND.
Unfortunately I am selling it...only because of a planned home addition is going to cost more than expected....and I already have an another dependable dually...thus my "nice toy dually" has to go.
I have a 2000 ford 7.3 diesel 4x4 crew cab that i will probably never get rid of... So I am selling the Chevy.

500 due at auction close if the deal falls through because of your issues... i keep the 500.
You have three choices to pay for the rest of the truck
You can bring AMERICAN legit cash... and I will check every bill...
You can have your bank wire/ach to my bank...and you will wait to pick up the truck and title till my bank states it is free to release
Your have your bank call my bank and when they have made everything work and my bank says its free to release...you can come pick of the truck and clear title.
I will only let the truck sit here for a couple of weeks otherwise you get negative feedback and i relist the truck.
Dont waste my time with other offers to pay me price plus shipping... scam someone else
NO warranty expressed or implied
I WILL ONLY CONSIDER OFFERS IN PERSON AFTER YOU HAVE LOOKED AT IT.
I don't not deliver or plan to start delivering...you can arrange a shipper yourself at your expense and I will assist with loading out of my property.
All the above descriptions and statements are accurate to the best of my knowledge, between research and what i have been told.
Nothing is misleading to my knowledge.

GM to build outgoing Silverado and Sierra until late 2019
Tue, Nov 6 2018As it has done with previous generations, General Motors is keeping the outgoing versions of its 1500 pickups in production despite the arrival of the all-new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado and 2019 GMC Sierra. The production of the previous, K2 generation models will begin to be wound down gradually, according to Automotive News, starting with crew cabs "early next year," and double and regular cab models following during "the early second half of next year." The old model trucks will continue to be built into "late 2019" based on market demand, GM's spokesperson Kim Carpenter said. The Chevrolet will go by the name Silverado LD, with the GMC Sierra designation still to be announced. Some of the outgoing models are built by sharing the assembly work between two GM plants. Partially finished Silverado and Sierra double cab bodies are shipped from Fort Wayne, Ind., to Oshawa, Ont., where the trucks are completed, including receiving paint. This eases the workload in Fort Wayne, where production of the new T1 generation trucks started in July 2018. In January, the Silao plant in Mexico will take on the duties of building new generation regular cab and crew cab trucks. Carpenter also said that the "Oshawa shuttle," as the shared production is called, has been very successful. As a result, 60,000 more trucks will be built than what the original production forecast initially called for. GM's latest quarterly profits, disclosed last week to be $1 billion, have been far higher than expected and will result in full-year profits far higher than what had been predicted in light of steel tariffs. GM isn't the only truck maker taking a similar multi-generation approach for 2019. Both the outgoing and redesigned Ram 1500 are in production, with the previous generation being dubbed Ram 1500 Classic. Related Video:
Best cars for snow and ice in 2023 and 2024
Tue, Jan 23 2024What's the best car for snow? The real answer is "the one with winter tires." What do we mean by that? You could have the finest, most advanced all-wheel-drive system or four-wheel drive in the world, but if you're running all-seasons (the spork of tires), your fancy four-wheeler won't matter much. The odds are, any vehicle on the road running good winter tires will probably perform adequately in slippery, slushy and/or snowy road conditions. (Here's a more complete explanation of why winter tires are totally worth it). In other words, you don't really need any of the cars on this list. With a set of winter tires, countless others will do the job, and even these will be at their best with proper rubber. You can find a variety of winter tires for your car here at Tire Rack. Keep in mind that you will need a full set of four snow tires for safety and performance, no matter what you're driving. The days of your dad putting just two snows on the family truckster to get it moving in a straight line are long gone. Don't get us wrong, getting a car that performs well in snow and ice is still a worthy criteria for car buyers. According to the U.S. Transportation Department, 70% of Americans live in places that get snow and ice. And much of the country has been blasted with arctic air for much of the new year. So let's look at the cars. First, we're highlighting choices for a variety of buyers and price points. Second, we're not just considering snow; we're considering general wintery conditions people will experience driving to work or school. As such, these are all choices with advanced all-wheel-drive systems, usually with "torque-vectoring" systems that not only automatically shunt power front and back, but side to side between the rear axles. Most have extra ground clearance for getting through deep snow, and we prefer those vehicles with more responsive steering, throttles and transmissions that provide a greater sense of vehicle control in slippery conditions. Acura RDX Read our Acura RDX Review Acura's Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive system was one of the first to offer torque-vectoring, and besides often being touted for its ability to greatly enhanced dry-road handling, its benefits in the slick stuff can be profound. It's actually surprising that Acura hasn't leaned into this capability further by offering more rugged versions of its vehicles.
24 Hours of Le Mans live update part one
Sat, Jun 18 2016We tasked surfing journalist Rory Parker to watch this year's live stream of the 2016 24 Hours of Le Mans. What follows is an experiment to experience the world's greatest endurance race from the perspective of a motorsports novice with a profanity-laden stream-of-consciousness writing style. Parker lives in Hawaii and spends far more time spearfishing than behind the wheel of a car. Jump ahead to Part Two here, and Part Three here. Big Money and billionaire hobbyists and rockets on wheels. Jets belching French color smoke overhead. Balance of power fuckery. Plenty of water on the ground this morning. Absurdly expensive motorcars lined up in the pissing rain. Fast twitch lunatics behind the wheel. Chomping at the bit. Let's go let's go let's go! Race hasn't even started, Ford #67 maybe dealing with clutch issues. Karma? That beautiful bastard Brad Pitt's out on the track, waving the tricolor flag. It's a standing start in "Noah's Ark" weather and the 2016 24 hours of Le Mans is go! First lap takes place behind the safety car, finished in a record setting 8 minutes 27 seconds. Wrong kind of record maybe, but this is the first time I've set my mind to watching the whole damn race. Feel like I'm part of history. 3:00 AM on Kauai, a little too early for life. Sucking down coffee like a maniac. Don't fall back asleep. Got my hands on four hours of rest, how much more can I need? Better be enough for the next twenty four hours. Gonna get kinda punchy toward the end. Jason Statham on the scene. Four feet of solid muscle, non-existent hairline. Lovely wife peanut gallery sitting next to me calls him the "best race car drive in the world." Not sure if she's serious. Toss up, could go either way. Statham's a funny guy. Heir to the Bruce Willis comedy action crown. Really good in the movie where the fat comedy lady plays a spy. Ford's on the road. Problems with gearbox pressure, apparently. Nearing a half hour in and the safety car is still on the track. Hellish amounts of water on the ground, in the air. Visibility is garbage. Getting better. Twitter wags, "Not with a bang but a whimper." Just building suspense. Mother Nature felt like killing some people today, race officials need to dial back the drivers until it dries a tad. Normal inclination would've seen 'em flying, guaranteed early lap wrecks. Sad news for that bloodthirsty part of my lizard brain I try and keep suppressed. Good news for humanity. #12 in the pit for a bit.
