If you watched any of the Barrett-Jackson or Mecum Kissimmee auction you are aware that the classic car industry is on the rise!! Up for auction is a very solid, rust free 1972 Nova "REAL" SS. This car offers stunning looks and is 110% dependable and can be driven anywhere you want to go!! It is turn key ready to drive show and enjoy and is an extremely nice muscle car that gets attention everywhere it goes.
This car is as solid as you will find. I have been all over/under this car and the best I can tell it is all original sheetmetal!! All of the body panels fit nicely as they should and the doors open/shut nice and tight. The undercarriage is extremely clean throughout and nicely detailed. The body is as straight as you will find. The car has been painted aprox 3-4 years but has been garage kept and shows very very well!! The paint is slick as glass with a high quality showroom shine.. All of the glass stainless chrome etc is in good condition. The car sets like it should and looks awesome with the correct ss style wheels with new tires. This car has recently been freshened up and looks killer!!
The interior was recently gone through and most all was replaced new.... Such as seat covers, door panels, carpet, dash pad. It has a new 3 spoke comfort grip steering wheel and the factory console with correct automatic shifter. It has had an aftermarket center armrest console with cup holders which I personally like as it fills a void between the seats but it can be removed if you like.
The car has a non matching 350 motor with a good rumpity rump sound and most all new components such as belts plugs wires dist. cap valve covers, air cleaner etc. I was told the motor was recently rebuilt and has aprox less than 5,000 miles on it?? It starts with the bump of the key, sounds awesome and has NO mechanical problems or issues!!! It is mated to a 350 automatic transmission that shifts flawlessly and stock big 10 bolt rear with a perfect highway gear at aprox 3:55. This car hits the road excellent and runs well on pump gas. I would not be afraid to drive this one anywhere!!! The car is equipped with power steering and power disc brakes. Everything on this car is in proper working order with the exception of the factory radio.
I am a licensed and bonded Virginia dealer and welcome ALL serious buyers worldwide!!!

Motor Trend reveals 2016 Chevy Camaro as Car of the Year
Tue, Nov 17 2015The 2016 Chevrolet Camaro beat some very steep competition to earn the Golden Calipers as Motor Trend's Car of the Year. The magazine praised the sixth generation's fantastic engines, great handling, and lighter platform. "Our 2016 Car of the Year, the Chevrolet Camaro, is one of the finest driving vehicles in the world at any price," editor-in-chief Edward Loh said, "though its price is well within reach of the average consumer." The Camaro conquered some high-performance challengers to take the victory, including the Audi TT, Mazda MX-5 Miata, and Mercedes AMG GT S. It also bested technologically cutting-edge vehicles like the BMW 7 Series and Toyota Mirai. The latest Honda Civic rounded out the competition. To earn the prestigious award, nine judges evaluated the finalists in six categories: advancement in design, engineering excellence, safety, efficiency, value, and performance of intended function. The Volkswagen Golf won last year. In an engaging story on Motor Trend's website, it explains what a revelation the new coupe is and that they consider the model the best production pony car ever. The piece is well worth a read. Motor Trend also handed out the Person of the Year honor to Subaru of America President and Chief Operating Officer Thomas Doll. It praised him for the Japanese brand's massive success in the US like tripling deliveries since 2007. "By any measure, the business Tom Doll leads is an outstanding success," editor-at-large Angus MacKenzie said. "And he is the person whose unique vision and quiet leadership made it happen." Weekly Recap: Autonomous driving goes commercial in Nevada
Sat, May 9 2015Nevada granted Daimler Trucks North America the first license to run an autonomous commercial vehicle on public roads in the United States Tuesday, marking another milestone in the technology's rapid advancement. Gov. Brian Sandoval and Daimler truck chief Wolfgang Bernhard promptly used the license to lap Highway 15 near Las Vegas in a newly revealed Freightliner Inspiration Truck. It was a clear signal that autonomous driving is big-rig reality, though it's still a long way from widespread use. Nevada certified two of Daimler's Freightliner Inspiration Trucks, which use the company's Highway Pilot system with a stereo camera, radar, and lane-keeping collision-prevention features to regulate the brakes and steering. The radar component has a long-range sensor that can cover 820 feet at an 18-degree angle and a shorter-range unit that stretches 230 feet at a 130-degree angle. The Inspiration trucks are based on the existing Freightliner Cascadia Evolution model used on US roads. In addition to the autonomous technologies, it also has futuristic design cues, including blue lighting in the front and a new hood and grille. While there are only two Freightliner Inspiration trucks in existence, Daimler expects to bring the Highway Pilot system into mass-produced big rigs by 2025, in time to capitalize on the market's predicted growth. The German truckmaker predicts the global hauling market will triple by 2050, and the United States will be a key part of that growth. Trucks carry 69.1 percent the nation's domestic freight tonnage and hauled 9.7 billion tons of freight in 2013, according to the American Trucking Association. Daimler expects autonomous driving to augment this growth, and perhaps evolve the role of the truck driver. Still, the company points out autonomous tech is not meant to replace drivers, but to assist them and relieve fatigue and monotony on long hauls. The driver has to stay in control for passing, in city traffic, and when hooking up the trailer. The company said autonomous driving also offers the potential for improved fuel economy – tests showed a five-percent gain – and lower maintenance costs. Daimler also said the technology could reduce congestion on the road. Much of this is attributable to the constant flow of traffic, which is aided by autonomous driving. While the benefits are becoming increasingly apparent, autonomous technology is still met with skepticism.
Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat vs. Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in latest Head 2 Head
Fri, Jan 30 2015"Olympian" is one of the terms we use to signify the greatest height, the seat of the gods. Yet Mt. Olympus is the second-highest peak in the Balkans ranges, overshadowed by the crest at Musala in Bulgaria's Rila mountains. Both great heights, but one is a little higher. That's how we get the Olympian Chevy Camaro ZL1 pitched at the Musalic Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat in Motor Trend's latest episode of Head 2 Head. The side-by-side spec sheet is filled with farcical numbers. For the ZL1, that's a 6.2-liter V8 with 580 horsepower, 556 pound-feet of torque, a 4,051-pound curb weight, 0-to-60 miles per hour in 3.9 seconds, a quarter-mile time of 12.2 seconds and a base price of just $57,800. Opposing that, the Hellcat wrings out its 6.2-liter V8 for 707 hp, 650 lb-ft of torque, weighs 4,449 pounds, does the quarter in 11.7 seconds and has a base price of just $60,990. Except in the case of the Hellcat, when Motor Trend put it on the dyno the machine spit out a reading of 672 hp and 606 lb-ft at the wheels. If there's a 10-percent driveline loss through those beefed-up internals and heavy-duty eight-speed transmission, that means the Hellcat is actually rated at about 750 horsepower and 700 lb-ft. But once they get put on a closed-off strip of coast road in Northern California, there are only a few strands of hair between their respective performances. That's not the case for they sensations provide; host Jonny Lieberman calls one of them, "One of the most incredible cars ever made," and says, "It changes everything." Watch the video above to see who got the verdict and how. Related Video:
