For sale we have a 1966 Nova Project with a Clear Title and a Small Block Chevy engine Long block and automatic transmission. The nova is a project, but has good bones, like most it will need some metal work, quarter skins and some floor patchs. The frame rails and where subframe bolts in is solid. It will need a hood, was planning on using a cowl. There is some trim and misc pieces in the car, its not 100% complete. It does have clutch & brake pedals, which are hard to find. The motor is a small block chevy that was running when removed from a car, it was freshened up with a new 282 cam and gear drive along with resealing oil pan and timing cover. GM cars and SUVs recalled for leaking transmission fluid

General Motors is recalling more than 194,000 vehicles from 2018 to 2020 due to transmission fluid leaks. The leaks stem from an auto stop-start component that may have been installed with loose or missing bolts. The leaking fluid can affect the transmission's performance, and if it leaks onto a hot exhaust component, could potentially cause a fire. GM says that to date, it knows of no accidents or injuries related to the defect. The issue affects models from all four GM divisions. From Chevrolet, the affected vehicles are: 2018 Malibu, 2018–2019 Cruze, 2018Â–2020 Equinox, 2018Â–2020 Traverse, 2019Â–2020 Blazer At Buick, the following models are included: 2018Â–2019 LaCrosse, 2019Â–2020 Encore, 2019Â–2020 Enclave, At GMC, the recall includes: 2018Â–2020 Terrain, 2019Â–2020 Acadia Cadillac has two affected vehicles: 2019Â–2020 XT4 and 2020 XT6 The recall is scheduled to begin in mid-December. Owners of the affected vehicles will be contacted. Dealers will inspect the transmission accumulator, and replace those with loose or missing bolts.

Stolen '57 Chevy Returned To Owner After 30 Years

Three decades after it was stolen, a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air has been returned to a Northern California man - in better shape than when he originally owned it. The Santa Rosa Press Democrat reports Ian "Skip" Wilson was shocked to get a call from the California Highway Patrol informing him that his long-lost Chevy was taken off an Australia-bound cargo ship. The 65-year-old says the car has had a lot of work done on it since it disappeared from his Lake County home in 1984. It was returned with a monogrammed interior, 17-inch racing wheels, rack-and-pinion steering and a 350-horsepower V-8 engine. The retired mechanic says the two-door was in sorry shape when he bought it for $375 in 1975 with plans for fixing it up.
