Hello everyone, this is my 1986 Monte Carlo SS Clone.  Car will come with sport coupe front fasia and bumper cover if you decide to switch back to the sport coupe.I have owned the car since September 2012. i purshaced the car with no motor or transmission. I bought a jasper 350 motor and a turbo 350 transmission for the car and installd them. all the mechanics on this vechale are properly done, all the wiring through conduit, no short cuts or monkey jobs done. The car needs a paint job. there is multiple scratches and chips and nicks of all sorts. the body on this car is gorgeous as you can see in the pictures. no bondo or mud anywhere, the floors are solid, the rockeres are good. the car was from virginia. the rims on the car are ugly in my opinion. i purshaced original monte carlo ss N90 wheels and has them media blasted and then powder coated to they will last. new cooper cobra tires in the rear, fronts have 35% left, so i picked up a new cooper cobra front tire, and have not purshased a 2nd yet, becasue ive decided to part with the car.  the car is too good to be a daily driver, but is not a show car. you can buy it as is and drive it home, or make it into a trailer queen with minimal work. i hate to part with the car, but i am forced to for finincial reasons. thank you for your time. call with questions @ 716-901-5180 if i dont answer leave a message, im probally working.

2014 Chevrolet C7 Corvette wastes no time zooming into Jay Leno's Garage

Thu, 24 Jan 2013

Where else would you expect the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray to show up first? Although this time it isn't exactly in Jay Leno's Garage, Leno instead playing an away game at Brown's Classic Auto in Scottsdale, Arizona. Nor does Leno drive the car, instead taking an 11-minute walkaround of the new American sports car with General Motors design head Ed Welburn, the same man who recently brought by a string of classic Corvettes to the talk show host's California compound.
It is, admittedly, a love-fest for the American sports car now featuring 450 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque, but one that also features admissions about previous Corvette seats like "they were kinda rough," and the explanation that labeling the coupe "Stingray" means not having to call it "the base Corvette." On top of that, Welburn also explains the proper application of the term "dashboard." You can watch it all in the video below.

Next-gen GM SUVs caught wearing new boxy bodies [w/video]

Wed, 15 May 2013

We recently drove the brand-new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and found it to be vastly improved compared to the outgoing model. And now that The General's pickup trucks have been squared away, it's time to focus our attention onto their passenger-friendly companions, the Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon (above).
Our spy photographers have passed along a huge smattering of photos (and a video), showing the new SUVs out testing. Both the short- and long-wheelbase models were spied, and while the overall shape of the vehicles hasn't changed all that much, we expect the updates to be substantial. In addition to new powertrain options, like GM's new small-block V8, we expect the interiors of both SUVs to get massive makeovers, providing better materials throughout their cabins and quieter, more refined environments. We even hear that some trick new suspension developments may be in store for upper-end models.
Visually, these spy shots allow us to see a couple of new details on the SUVs' front and rear fascias, including LED running lamps on the Yukon and some interesting LED taillamp treatments. Of course, the obvious third party missing from this set of photos is the Cadillac Escalade, but as we reported earlier, GM is working to further differentiate the 'Slade from the rest of the fullsize SUV lineup, and is working to make the new model "much less ostentatious."
