I purchased this vehicle in 2004 from Ebay from a owner in Des Moines, Iowa. The car was in mint condition at the time I kept the car and drove it on occasional weekends for a few years until deciding to  customize the car.  I decided to have the car customized with air bags, new paint job, new engine 383 stoker,700R4 trans, willwood disc brakes, 9inch currie rear end and torque thrust 11 rims,bumpers recromed and new emblems. Sanderson headers, demon four barrel carb and flow masters.


The only thing the car is in need of is door panels and rear panels but otherwise the car is in mint condition. The new car engine has less then 700 miles and I rarely have an opportunity to drive it any more so it currently is sitting in a garage.

NACTOY announces top nine finalists for Car, Truck and Utility of the Year

Finalists for the 2024 North American Car, Truck and Utility Vehicle of the Year (NACTOY) Awards were announced at this year’s L.A. Auto Show. This whittles the field down to nine vehicles in total, with the winners scheduled to be announced on January 4, 2024. The finalists in their respective categories: Car category: Honda Accord, Hyundai Ioniq 6, Toyota Prius Truck category: Chevrolet Colorado, Chevrolet Silverado EV, Ford Super Duty Utility category: Genesis Electrified GV70, Kia EV9, Volvo EX30 These nine cars were chosen from a list of 25, which was previously narrowed down from a list of 52 eligible vehicles. Notable misses include the Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray, Toyota GR Corolla, GMC Canyon, Ford Ranger, Chevrolet Blazer EV, Chevrolet Equinox EV, Mazda CX-90 and Toyota Grand Highlander, among others. The American automotive marketplace is dominated by trucks and SUVs, and so was the last week of coverage on Autoblog. By far, the most popular story of the week was our First Drive of the 2018 Lincoln Navigator. It may look like an old-school lumberer, but in reality Lincoln's flagship is a thoroughly modern, turbocharged-V6-powered, three-row, luxury people mover. The Jeep Wrangler is the world's most recognizable vehicle. So it's no surprise that the next version looks a whole heck of a lot like the last one, and the one before.
