The last generation SS Impala (1994-96) has become a legend to enthusiasts all over the world, impressed by its dependability, roomy interior, sleeper looks and incredible power. Certainly the ultimate Impala SS culminated in ’96 when Chevy finally dropped the dorky digital gauges and the column shifter in favor of a console-mounted gear lever.
